Wish you could count on the meat portions being standard. Sometimes they’re extremely small. I only order a little rice because if I add beans I can’t taste the meat and that’s what draws me back. Mmmm. Servers and cashiers are great although when I order two meals I’m sometimes hurried through so fast that it’s hard to make sure the orders are filled correctly. They really work hard and fast so I appreciate the smiles and patience I get sometimes even more.

Are Chipotle ingredients being paid by their employees? Just ordered a bowl with extra brown rice and I could see the bottom was barely covered. I asked for more and the guy put another 1/2 spoon. After meat and cheese I asked for extra lettuce but I think she thought it was garnish because she sprinkled a little on. Got home to find half a bowl of air. I guess there won’t be any leftovers tonight.

I’ve gone here several times. I wanted to wait and see if the line customer service got better but it did not. The first time I came here they gave me very small portions. Cool, let that go. The next time I came here the line server threw my food on there like she was serving food to a jail mate. She then put the wrong food on there and disrespectfuly rolled her eyes. She put way too much hot salsa on there as well. I hope management sees this and emphasizes better customer service. Could not finish food as it was too spicy.

The place is clean but the quality of food is bad. The meat is so salty. They give extremely small portions of rice. It did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. 10 strands of lettuce. Yes I counted. Need to do better.

One star is too much for this place. Every time we go there we have to tell the working lady put more of this and that. She put 2 large scope of rice and with the chicken she shakes the scope so a few prices of chicken ends up in the plate despite that many prices are the fat in the chicken.They do that to ask for extra chicken for $4 extra. Are you kidding me the whole cooked chicken in Costco is for $5. I had to tell them I’m not here to eat rice and pay for $20 for my plate and not get full. My husband paid cash and the lady was trying to keep the change by pretending she was looking for something. I waited until she gave me the change. I was eating it, and the food was extremely salty, I had to spit it.The green paper and the onion was half burned to black. I couldn’t eat it. We will never go there again. This place needs a major change.

I keep semi kosher meaning I avoid pork and most of the time don’t mix meat and dairy except on certain occasions. Was disappointed to find a hunk of carnitas in my mouth after taking a scoop of queso for my chips. It was in the queso at the bottom

I do love this chipotle. I really really do. I love the staff and location and typically the quality is very good. And I do like cilantro. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD slow down with the cilantro a bit. It’s LITERALLY in everything. And way too much of it. Please consider taking a step back with the amount of cilantro you use. It ruins the product when it’s TOO MUCH.

I ordered online and was not disappointed. The portions were filling and it was not overly salty! I got a salad and a bowl on a buy one get one off deal and ended up paying 10$ for the meals.
