Honestly, this is one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. I would give it one star, but I am a fan of the chipotle brand chain overall, so I will give it 2 stars. This chain, we went at 1 o’clock, p.m., so basically lunchtime. You would think the food would be fresh, but no. The Barbacoa is a little bit old, the bowls were not very tasteful, they just were not seasoned that well, and it was not a good batch of chipotle food for me. I really usually like chipotle, so I was a little disappointed to come to this one. It is right across from my office and if it was a little bit better, I might actually want to go to this chipotle more. Also, it might be a nitpick, but the server didn’t speak any English, at least not from what I could tell. I do appreciate our hard-working immigrants that work in our country, but to be honest, I feel like a little bit of English and the service job is a necessity.

Portions are too small. Even though my order included extra rice, my food did not fill up the bowl at all. (I included a picture for reference.) It looks like the reason was that the protein was a half portion, no wonder. Next time, i will be going some where else, there are too many places near by for me to have to settle for this. It’s a shame, I thought corporate had fixed this issue; that was the only reason I had decided to give chipotle another chance, after reading from the reviews regarding the small portions.

This is the best Chipotle BY FAR in the area. Always friendly, quick service and they do not hold back on the portions. I always get a double chicken bowl here. I have yet to visit and they are out of things like fajita vegetables.

The server gave me a small portion of steak, so I had to request Double meat to get a normal portion so I cost almost $18 for a regular bowl with double meat and guacamole (the server did give me a larger than regular portion of it, hence the 3 stars instead of 2) and a medium drink, no chips. Hopefully this store can correct this inconsistency, as Chipotle is my Go-To restaurant when I’m traveling…and I’m always travelling with my career.

Prices are getting higher and portions are getting smaller. I only eat chicken and salsa. Nothing else on my bowl. But lady here puts a half spoon on chicken on my bowl. When i ask her for little more since i get nothing else she gives you an attitude. Don’t use this location.

The rice was very salty. I could barely eat it.
I thought it was just me or the batch I got, but it was the same case for my colleague who grabbed a bowl much later in the day.

This is the only Chipotle I trust in the DMV to load up an online order and not skimp out on quantity. I am 2/2 right now where my bowl was loaded.

Just ordered dinner for delivery from here, the salad was horrible the onion wasn’t even chopped and they gave me almost no dressing at all so I had to drive over there and ask for more because I didn’t want to eat a completely dry salad. In addition they gave me almost no chips, they barely covered the bottom of a small brown paper bag. I don’t have a high bar for Chipotle, but this is just pathetic it feels like I didn’t get a full meal and what they did include they put no effort into. I’m very disappointed.

The quality is good in this location. All the ingredients were fresh. The steak was a bit undercooked though.

I decided to give chipotle another chance after their CEO Brian Nichols assured me that the food quality had improved. I trusted him and ordered two bowls with a large side of guacamole that turned out to be half of an inedible unripe avocado with a little guac smeared on top.
