worst servers behind the counter. ordered 3 “high protein chicken cups”. barely filled it up. picture shown is after i asked her to fill it up more. she then proceeds to say something in spanish to the cashier who also has the worst attitude. i ask for a water cup and she puts my food on the far right of the counter and my water to the far left with both of them being on her side just to make things more difficult. food taste good but just terrible workers

I am not usually picky when it comes to fast food but this was ridiculous. I didn’t even get a full spoon full of anything I ordered. The server went out of her way to give me barely half a spoon of toppings etc. Paying full price for a bowl that wasn’t even half way full, and my cousin received

im actually sick my bowl was around 20 dollars because i asked for extra steak and queso .. tell me why most of my bowl was chicken was NO queso i did a pick up order and really regretted it once i got my food i was sick to my stomach the staff did me so dirty they don’t care about what you order they do it the way they want to do it Yall suck

I usually enjoy coming to this Chipotle out of convenience, but my recent experience was disappointing due to one particular employee. While the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and doing their best to provide good service, one woman stood out for all the wrong reasons. She was incredibly rude from the moment I approached the counter. I normally order lettuce with my meal and this somehow agitates this woman beyond belief, rushed responses, and an overall hostile attitude for no apparent reason.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that I wasn’t the only one who noticed, other staff members clearly seemed frustrated with her unprofessional behavior as well. One even apologized on her behalf, which I appreciated. It’s unfortunate when one person’s negativity casts a shadow over an otherwise solid team.
Hopefully management takes note, because the rest of the crew deserves better and so do the customers.

Disappointed in their unwillingness to honor the prices on their menu. Allegedly, their prices changed 2 days ago, but their menu still showed the “old” prices. Not a good business model, and a little bit suspect that they would not honor the price displayed.
