Over salted. Short staffed. Long wait. Terribly kept condition. Trash everywhere.employees on the line were chatting the whole time and weren’t focused on their jobs. Pretty done with Chipotle at this point.

Don’t use the app if you’re ordering from this location because they skimp you on the portion sizes every time. Even when I ordered extra rice or lettuce on my Burrito it always ends up looking smaller than usually when I pick it up. Clearly the employees need you to be physically watching them make the food in order to do it properly.

The staff were extremely rude. One employee in particular gave extremely small portions of food. When asked to increase the amount she gave an attitude and rolled her eyes. When asked for the employee’s name so it can be identified in a review to management, the other employees became belligerent. They refused to confirm the employees name or identify anyone else working in the store. Avoid this location at all costs. They regularly mess up orders forgetting things like guacamole and chips. And on top of that the portions are small and the employees are rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Zero stars. This is chipotle is by far the worst chipotle in the area. Terrible customer service. One lady said we were taking too long and walked away from us. The other wouldn’t give us our drink cups. The tables were dirty the trash was filled up to the top. Food on the floors. As we were paying they were talking about how someone got salmonella from their location. The food did taste off. They need to shut this place down. Or get new hires because the ones they have are so rude and lazy.

Do not order tacos here. They’re always a complete mess. They weren’t even tacos. There were three tortillas on the bottom and all the toppings on top of all of them. It was a huge mess. Sour cream and black beans were everywhere. Whether dine in , take out, or delivery, they’re always a mess.

Typically wouldn’t take the time to review a chipotle as it all tastes pretty much the same everywhere, but this location seems to screw up our orders a lot. From missing rice, to missing chocolate milk in kids meals, to mislabeled or unlabeled containers. I get that happens sometimes but when it’s most of the time it’s pretty annoying.

Let me start with: we love Chipotle! We eat at Chipotle regularly! This location, however, is awful. I ordered a fully loaded burrito bowl and a burrito through GrubHub and popped in to pick it up. The bag felt light but I didn’t think too much about it. When I got home and opened the burrito bowl, it was literally JUST meat. Then we unwrapped the burrito. A tortilla wrapped around – you guessed it! – just meat. So disappointing. (GrubHub refunded the items, but let this be a warning to others – check your order carefully before you walk out the door!!)

I eat at Chipotles around the DC area once a week. It’s taken a while for me to be pushed to write a review about this location because I understand there are times when they so slammed that everyone’s doing the best they can.

I had a terrible experience after eating at this Chipotle. The food gave me severe diarrhea every time and one time it left me feeling sick for days. I won’t be going back anytime soon. The cashier was also very untrained. I don’t think I’ll be getting from this location again.
