The food was good as per usual but there was a significant line and very little attempt at trying to dispatch the customers faster. Having worked at Chipotle before I know that a good manager prepares their store before the rush and at peak hour puts their best people forward. From what I perceived there was certain apathy to the delay situation and despite doing her best the manager on duty could do only so much to speed up the process. Luckily at the time I went they hadn’t yet run out of anything

Great resutrant/chain as always! Chipotle makes sure their food is good at all their restaurants and this one is no exception. I tried their tacos today and they were amazing, I would describe it as a miniature burrito (I think they use the burrito wrap for the soft shell tacos). Three tacos are plenty for me and the outdoor seating was very nice, if a little loud by the road. I cannot speak for the service as we ordered ahead but everyone else seemed happy which is a good sign.

Food is great at this Chipotle. However, when ordering carryout, one time they forgot an ingredient (sour cream) and then the next time I ordered carryout I was driving from 45 minutes away and put in a scheduled in advance order. I got there a few minutes earlier than my requested time and the food was already made and on the shelf — I’m not sure for how long either as some of the components that were supposed to be cold were warm. It kind of worried me that I could get sick for the next few hours but I was fine. This specific location should remember the devil is in the details.

We arrived at 10:40am thinking we’d beat the crowd. They opened the doors late (10:50am). And while we did beat the crowd, the floors were dirty, and the guacamole was already brown.

I only review something if it totally exceeds, or completely fails expectations. Sadly this is the latter. Tonight’s carry out was over salted and over spiced to the max. I don’t mean overly spicy, just reeking of disjointed spices. I have had carry out here at this location before, and it was always, at least, satisfactory. Tonight was very, very disappointing. This store is in my town, but I can’t see ever returning after this experience. The salt content alone is more than anything I have ever experienced from any carry out, ever. Makes me sad to post this.

First off I have never been to a Chipotle and the food not be flavorful! OMG this was one of my worst experiences ever! Me and my husband both ordered burrito bowls “OUR New Fav”… Our nephew had picked them up for us by the way and we live in Federalsburg! They were horrible my husband ordered extra meat chicken and steak it was enough meat for my 5 year old nephew and it was soooo flavor less! My bowl was horrible I ordered chicken and Barbacoa I think I spelled that right! It’s shredded beef I had it once before and it was sooo delicious and flavorful from The Camden Delaware Chipotle, but this one mimicked dry roast beef! I called to complain was on phone for like 15 mins food got cold and all I was given was two coupons to replace our meals!!! I don’t feel like that was enough, but I will NEVER EVER go to the Easton Maryland Chipotle again yall definitely need to do better!!!

Dirtiest chipotle I have ever walked into. The food in the line looked old, I was planning to get Guac but changed my mind after seeing it. My food had a long hair in it- when I brought it back up to be remade I wasn’t given an apology or any sort of refund. Just a “how did that happen”? The bathrooms were so filthy I had to hold my breath, the toilet was clogged and it was so dirty a gas station would have been a better option. I’ve been stopping here on the way to the beach for years and it has drastically gone down hill. A place you go to eat shouldn’t be THIS dirty.

Former employee of chipotle in Rehoboth Beach, DE here! In the area for a while and I wanted to give this chipotle a shot. I ordered through DoorDash pick up just so I can see how well they do and let me tell you….. AMAZING!!!!! This bowl is so full I ate about a quarter of it and then I was full! The lady at the cashier 2:50 on 7/25/2022 was SUPER friendly, the restaurant was SO clean, and the food was AWESOME!!! Disappointed the GM wasn’t there at the time wanted to stop and say hello! You guys are AWESOME!! Keep on rockin!!
