Very rude customer service. They were cleaning up I accidentally stepped in the trash, and he blamed me for purposefully doing that and the store was dirty as well. Why are you cleaning up when you still have customers walking in anyway. Never coming here again the food was good but just because of the customer service.

Food is good. Tried the new chicken option. Is was good. I have been here a few times. I wish they would be more efficient and clean up the dining area. Every time I have been there I had to clean the table and chairs just to eat. For the volume this location does, the owner or corporate should give them better staffing hours to cover all areas needed!!

So Chipotle cheats the customers now? That’s what y’all doing?!! Tonight I had HORRIBLE food and service! Daniela and Raul are the rudest employees I’ve ever seen at Chipotle. And the managers here are all poor managers. First of all, the quality and amount of food they were giving people tonight was ridiculous (see pic), and when I asked for a little more rice or chicken, both told me with attitude it’s an extra charge. WHEN did Chipotle charge extra for rice when they didn’t even give me the regular amount, didn’t give me the regular amount of chicken either. It was 10 minutes before closing so their goal was not to make more food, even if it cheated the customer. And while I will be reporting this rip-off to Chipotle Corporate office, I don’t expect much because the customer service is crap! But Daniela, the attitudinal so-called Manager is mediocre and mean. I would never have someone like her managing my restaurant. I’ll never go back to this Chipotle again. I work too hard for my money to have someone rip me off like that! Just look at the pic I took as soon as I got on the car. Clearly I was ripped off!

From a general perspective, the atmosphere stinks. The front end of the store – the glass and front door – I don’t think have been wiped, cleaned or disinfected since before COVID.
The Chipotle commercials have become comical to me – the happy cook making fresh chicken and guac. Laughable because every person working there is so miserable I imagine they all just came from a root canal.
I gave 2 stars for food because so far it’s been cooked at least. My issue is with portions. I get veggie bowls. I have sadly become used to rice as a filler. I can count on one hand the times I get chipotle per year because of that. Tonight was one of those times. Veggie bowl. No rice filler. In fact, hardly any rice or beans. It was sour cream & cheese. I’m going to try to attach photos to show HOW BAD the portion was.
Once again I kick myself. I shall not bother with this chipotle again.
If a regional manger sees this review – your Company’s bottom line is getting hurt by your tolerance of pathetic food, horrible service and non-existent store cleanliness or hygiene.

I was in the area and placed an online order on Dec.3rd. It was set to be ready at 3pm but when my family went in to get the order it wasn’t ready. From my car window I could see about 5 people in line and 4 or 5 waiting for mobile orders. When my mom and son were still waiting at almost 3:30, I went in. At this point therewere like two people getting orders in line. The guy making the bowls was getting them out quick and a guy in the background seemed to be working on a lot of online orders. The young man at the register seemed to be the problem in our case. My mom said she mentioned to him that she’d like her food made again because he was wiping his nose and touching the trash can while pulling the food out. His response seemed to be spiteful and while I was standing there he told her she’d have to wait for the person in the back to make her food. After waiting another 7 minutes or so, I asked the man at the register for a refund. He told me I’d have to contact Chipotle online. I did and they were really quick with the refund. The store looks really nice, seemed clean and everyone else seemed to be working well. The young guy with the locs at the register was rude and nasty. I was only in there for about 10 minutes and witnessed him picking stuff up off the floor after he put new gloves on, helping at the register and using the same gloves for food, so I understood why my mom asked. She’s not confrontational at all so for him to respond in a spiteful way was wild. As nice as this place looks, I’ll never return if I’m in the area. That experience was off putting.

Staff is rude. When we came, there was 1 gentlemen and 2 ladies in the front. The gentlemen was kind however the short lady was rude. We asked for more lettuce and she got upset because she had to go to the back to get more. Then I think she was talking about me to her coworkers but she saw I was watching and then got quiet. The lady at the register was okay but she seemed annoyed. I didn’t get a receipt. My chips were stale. The drinks were bad. Their soda machines are leaking. I would have went back but just did not want to deal with the staff.

After no response from Chipotle corporate I’ve decided to post this. This location is utterly disgusting and unprofessional. Used to love coming here and to other Chipotle’s but they’ve ruined their reputation with incompetent employees that have zero regard for customers or the cleanliness of their restaurant. Pictured is a long line of unhappy customers, overflowing trash bins, an employee on Facetime call while chopping chicken, trash from other restaurants… EVERYWHERE including the drink fountain?!?!? It’s safe to say I plan to never return to this location even though it is convenient for me. Someone needs to seriously investigate the staff and management here. A lot of this stuff pictured could get a restaurant shut down.
