I used to really like Chipotle. I saw they have the new high protein menu so I ordered a chicken bowl and asked for an extra side of chicken (that was advertised online under the high protein menu). I was highly disappointed to see this tiny plastic cup (the one you get a side of guacamole or sour cream come in) for almost $4. Online, it is picture as a bigger red cup. This is not worth $3.95.

This location has been open for a short time, and while the staff is generally nice, consistency has been an ongoing challenge. The food often lacks the flavor profile as other Chipotle’s I frequent, portion sizes feel smaller than standard, and the vinaigrette is not always prepared the same way from visit to visit.
These seem like opportunities for additional training and stronger consistency with recipes and portioning. With some improvements in these areas, this location has the potential to deliver a much better overall experience.

This is by far the worst Chipotle that I’ve ever had! Chips were too salty and CHEWY to eat and the bowl didn’t even taste like Chipotle! I have no idea why or how. The vinaigrette doesn’t even taste like the normal recipe; the vinaigrette is watery and sour. I will NEVER eat here again!

They skimp on the meat in a burrito bowl so much that it may as well be a scam. Barely any beef in the barbacoa bowl and only three pieces of steak in a carne asada bowl. You wouldn’t even know there was supposed to be any meat.

I ordered door dash delivery and my bowl was totally screwed up. I ordered half steak half chicken and only received the half steak. I also ordered veggies and sour cream and didn’t get either on my bowl. I spent $70 for two meals and mine was completely wrong. Unacceptable. Completely upset and dissatisfied. I better get a refund

I think this is a pretty solid chipotle but I do agree with some of the reviews that it could use some work. Rice was a little bland and stale. meat was good I got the steak. The service was just,ok. Would go back though

Just opened and the 2 star rating speaks volumes. its literally ALWAYS empty for a reason: Management has an ego issue. Quality is poor. Portions are so skimpy you can literally count the meat. Flavor is not the same as others. and they don’t hide their biases. if you speak spanish, that bowl will get loaded. Thats my personal experience that made me leave this review. its weird. Run up the street to the team on Harford Rd.

I ordered food for pickup. When I walked in to get it the bag was incredibly light and I opened it and only 1 out of 3 meals was in. After that the person doing the pickup orders asked what else I got instead of just finishing my order. After 25 minutes in there I go to the car and look at my order. My bowl is not even halfway full. My quesadilla was a kids one instead of the adult meal. We were there for a total of 40 minutes for a pick up order.

I never leave reviews but my experience here was so bad. So my fiancé went in to pick up dinner for our family and upon coming home the orders were wrong (wrong toppings on things and such) so I took the two that were wrong back up along with my receipt and told them the problem. They all looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they could be remade and had to debate it. They finally agreed to remake the two incorrect bowls and majorly skimped on the meats. Even on double meat which is what I paid for. Then at the front when she asked for my receipt, she told me that the original order was not from this location… I said it absolutely was my fiancé was JUST here 5 minutes ago. She then continued to tell me that it was not from this location, the address is LITERALLY on the receipt and she’s gaslighting me, telling me it’s not this location. How do you not know the address of your own place of employment? They were debating letting me even have the food they ALREADY remade because they were sure I was lying about coming to that particular location. I was not. She said ok fine you can have the new food and then took my old order and said she has to throw it out. Unless I just caught them on a bad day they were pretty unprofessional and rude in that moment and I was being pretty patient. All in all, the one on Taylor avenue has never done me dirty so I think I’ll make the extra drive.
