Salt and pepper was great, serving was big for two people!
Prawns, not a big fan because of the thick breading. But I love their sweet and sour sauce.
Everything was in order, they had complementary chicken soup which was perfect for the cold weather. They had complete condiments such as their chili.
I will go back once I crave Chinese food again. Oh, serving was so quick as well!
Hot and Sour Soup is a good starter, but I prefer a bit more heat. The fried appetizer sampler is something I would skip. The BBQ Pork Chow Fun was full of flavor and the Salty Fish Fried Rice was fragrant. The clay pot was a miss. I was hoping they would actually cook the food in the clay pot for that taste, but it appears the food was cooked and served in a clay pot. The Iron Platter was just what you expect, burning hot served.
The moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
The food at China House was simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavor and it was evident that each item was meticulously prepared using fresh ingredients. The pot stickers, in particular, tasted like they were made with love and care – truly homemade perfection.
One of the highlights of our dining experience was the innovative spinning middle design table. As a family of 6, this feature made it incredibly convenient for us to share and sample a variety of dishes. We were able to order a plethora of items, indulging in the vast array of flavors that China House had to offer.
On a side note. Little odd to see someone cutting green beans at the first front table of the restaurant and on the table glass… not even a cutting board. Shows that health standards are not a big focus here which breaks my heart as someone familiar with food service. Will make me rethink the quality of this kitchen. Might explore other Chinese location for this reason alone.
