While placing my order I noticed the food serving counter was nasty. I requested the server to wipe down the counter. She did not understand what I was asking. However the cashier heard the request but did not bother to explain to the server. I then ask the cashier for the manager. The manager a white lady comes out with an attitude as if i was bothering her. She gives a nasty look and said yeah we will wipe it down. I knew at that point that based on the leadership a dirty counter was acceptable. How are they gonna try to gas light me for wanting my food plated in a clean and sanitary manner. If the front of the house is nasty you best believe the back of the house is the same. The picture below was taken after the team member cleaned the counter. Lesson learned – take my self home and prepare my own food. Also not even sure the rag used to half heartedly wipe the counter had any cleaning solution.

This was my first eating Chipotle food or going to their store. The food was ok, I much prefer Qdoba. However the service? Absolutely rude. Me and my coworker ordered ahead through the mobile app. For those who don’t know, you do that so that you DON’T HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR YOUR FOOD! You pick it up at the mobile pick up area usually next to the register. A lady whom appears to be foreign and standing near the cashier station, told me an my coworker after being given our food. “Next time you get in line” with a rude attitude and snark. If you don’t like your job, for yours and everyone else’s sake, please stay home. No one asked you to apply for a job at a fast food restaurant. We came in and were respectful, and as someone representing a company’s brand you should be respectful too. I can’t speak for my coworker, but I most definitely will not be returning to this location. I don’t trust nasty people with my food.

Decided to visit while I was in the area. Definitely an old fashioned favorite. Haven’t seen this call in a drug. Just wanted to let me to my mom is coming to pick up the kids tomorrow and then go to bed for the night and then I’ll be there in a few minutes and I will be there in a few minutes and no! Food was kinda okay. I’m disappointed. As a chef it’s gross to walk in my favorite place and the line is messy and dirty . The cook didn’t clean his grill between chicken drops. Please do better it’s always messy. clean the line after 5 customers. RESET!!!!! MISE EN PLACE I pray I don’t get sick who is the manager you should be ashamed!!!!!

I should have checked the rating before I walked in!! No one acknowledges you, they just chat by them selves until they’re done doing what ever. Even though I was the only person that was a customer at tye moment. I wasn’t gonna leave a review hoping the food will be great. I was so wrong, I threw the bowl in the trash. The rice was so terrible, I never knew how bad a rice could get. The carne asada was so dry and no flavor. I love Chipotle, but I just hate the fact that we have to go to specific locations to get the best version of what you guys offer.
Forget about cuatomer service, at least, let the food be good.

When I arrived the first issue I noticed immediately were mouse sticky traps across the entire left side wall under the wood paneling. That is off putting, disgusting, and unsanitary for a restaurant. Next, I went to order three bowls to go and the employee at tortilla was overly impatient and like rushing my order. I needed one chicken bowl, one steak, and one veggie. First, she put chicken on my first two bowls and I didn’t ask for that. Second, I couldn’t get steak because there was none ready. So instead I had to get another chicken bowl. Lastly, the cashier had on a bonnet. Not a hair net, not a uniform hat. A bonnet! This is so unprofessional. He didn’t even give me a receipt. At the soda station, there was no smoked hotsauce available.

WARNING!!! Do not go to this chipotle unless you wanna spend the night in the bathroom. Ordered bowls for me and my gf. After finishing it, we both fought for our one single bathroom. She talking about some “your stomach sounds like Stitch from Lilo & Stitch”. She almost shit on herself.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone that works at the store, I did a Uber Eats order. My order was completely wrong. Nothing that I asked for went into my order only to do a re-order and it’s still be completely wrong so here I am for the third time with no one, reaching back out to contact me or anything. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE THE WORLD WORSE CHIPOTLE

Their hiring process is bullshit! They set up an interview for me for a specific time, when I get there they tell me that they don’t do interviews until after three. What professional cooperation does that!? Absolutely no consideration of peoples time!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!
