I got home and opened my bowl and tacos, which were supposed to have extra corn, sour cream, cheese, and other toppings. However, the portions were very small. The adobo ranch dressing was chunky, separated, and smelled awful, so I ended up tossing it out.. Other days my bowls are filled and taste amazing, but today wasn’t that.

One of the worst chipotles around here. The portions are tiny, ESPECIALLY if you mobile order. I got less than half a scoop of rice in my bowl. And the chips are always stale. It is also more expensive than the one in Saverna Park.

What happened? There was a crew of older ladies there since they opened that kept everything clean and seemed like they cared. They are now replaced with what looks like your typical chipolte college group who mixed brown and white rice, let beef fall in the chicken tray, slop insane amounts of sour cream in a bowl and don’t get me started on the cleanliness of their work area. Please don’t let our Chipotle turn into some of the chipotles I’ve seen.

every time I come here I’m at the mercy of who is behind the counter, I often pay the same price for half the food. Today I watched the woman in front of me in line get 2 scoops of everything without ordering double, someone else steps in to take the workers place when I am up to order, and this person gives me half the portions that the woman in front of me. It is a frequent problem and i should not risk being charged double just for asking for a proper portion. Management seriously needs to set a standard for proper portion sizes.

Drive through is cool and the customer service is great (other than portion size) but I just paid $18 for a burrito bowl??? I did get double chicken and guac but that’s still way overpriced.
Mind you, this locations food is so disappointing. The guac is disappointing and so is the chicken. It’s just very Mid. They should reach out to the Laurel location in Baltimore ave and fix their recipes ASAP. Also, the portion of double meat was definitely not double—it was a regular amount.
Price fix would also be great. I get the same bowl in Laurel for $15

You’d think I’d learn my lesson with ordering carry out from Chipotle, but not so. Ordered from this location tonight for dinner and I got two burrito bowls and a quesadilla. The bowls I paid double meat for both and got the honey chipotle chicken quesadilla.
Bowl #1 was double chicken. Bowl #2 was double meat with steak and chicken. When I tell you there was a combined fifteen pieces of protein on the bowls, I may be guessing too high of a number.
As a restaurant manager myself, I know that all restaurants try to cut corners to save costs. But this was horrid and whoever is running this store and making employees serve this should be fired.
The only way I’ll ever eat chipotle again is if I walk in and watch the employee put the food in the products theirselves.
