Some of the workers here have the sassiest attitudes. I’ve seen them snap at students for asking for sauces. Food takes forever – you can be stuck waiting 20+ minutes for your order, despite them having a limited menu. Does not hold up to the reputation of quality customer service that you expect from this brand.

First of all I hardly give out 5 stars. There’s always room for Improvement. The 5th star is for an employee that does something above their regular job.
So, no one can’t never say Chick-fill-A isn’t popular. They have great food. The atmosphere is always clean no matter how busy they are. Service & the 5th star. After are meal, My preteen Granddaughter order us milkshakes. In all the excitement of her going up & ordering solo. She forgot to take the change . The cashier delved out shacks along with the change. I can’t thank her enough. My Granddaughter learned that math is important.

My first experience at this Chick-fil-A… and frankly, might be my last. The girl I received my items from was extremely rude with her attitude. And then when we asked for forks for our meals the 2 employees proceeded to have a conversation in front of me about how they had forks in the back and then told me and my friends no. And then when my other friends went to ask for forks, they were still “out of forks”. Ridiculous. Thanks a lot Chick-fil-A. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Apparently the workers don’t know how to read because they screw up the most basic orders. How hard is it to put the right cheese on 2 sandwiches. If the cheese was free, I wouldn’t complain, but when you have to pay for it and they give you the wrong stuff, it gets annoying. This happens repeatedly. Chick-fil-a needs to remove their access to the name because they aren’t doing the company any favors.

I never leave bad reviews. I was transferred here for work 6 weeks ago and I love Chic-Fil-a. This location needs to be updated that it is inside a university! Same thing happens in Louisville, KY. Just put it on your Google info. No telling how many tourists pull up with a sad face because we love your chicken. Please fix this on your college campus locations and I will remove this review if you reply when it’s resolved. Promise! It tricks me when I’m on this side of town because I just try to route to you.

What can I say about Chick-fil-A? Nothing negative, because EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL. The customer service, food, accuracy of your order, the temperature of your food when you receive it, the professional look of ALL the employees! Everything is wonderful at Chick-fil-A! Absolutely the worst chickfila ever. Poor attitudes for all employees. The yell at each other, carry on with personal conversations and curse behind the counter with customers standing in front of them. They constantly are out of sauces and get my order wrong I’ve been 4 times and they’ve gotten my order wrong 3 out of those 4 times. I go out of my way to the chickfila on oleander near independence mall. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Everyone who works here is always so friendly! The place is very clean and they are constantly busy so I guess they’re doing something right! My wife and I don’t eat meat but we have to come here for the fries, they are awesome! Service is quick and prices are reasonable.
