I went to this location for the second time and I will NOT return. Everyone moves around like they hate their jobs. The store is not clean. Food line was absolutely filthy and no one attempted to clean anything and I was in there for 20+ minutes before I was serviced and only 3 ppl was ahead of me.I will post pictures to show. My food today was old and the rice was hard my large chips were stale. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve patronized at.

At 6:35pm the staff had no chicken ready and no steak and no brown rice. The soda machine was out and so was the sweet tea. When I asked if they could change the soda syrup the guy working the register said they were too busy. I don’t know how is you are if three employees are standing around and joking. Won the going back to the Forest Hill location anymore.

I placed a mobile order around 7:20pm and it said it will be ready at 7:40pm. I arrived at that time and after waiting 20 minutes myself and other customers were informed they had no meat only barbacoa. A team member told us we would have to get a refund through the app even though the app said it could not refund mobile orders. All staff with the exception of manager on duty (Brandon?) were incredibly rude and had bad manners. Finally received my food at 8:35 (an hour later). Terrible experience.

Is this a joke? How are you going to sell me a half full bowl? Charging $10 for maybe $4 worth of food. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last because I will not be returning. This chipotle was once pretty good but they have gone completely downhill. The service is slow, they are constantly forgetting items and do not inform you when they are out of an item you ordered. I have had literally half my order missing more than once. I am disgusted with the bowl I received tonight. Honestly feels like theft with how little food I received. I hope this place closes down because all they do is rip people off.

Mobile order from here maybe 3-4 times a month. Everytime it takes about 30-40 minutes past the time it says on the app. I’d understand if the store was busy but this happens when the place is empty too. I don’t understand why it takes so long. Employees are nice and the place is clean enough. Just the long mobile order times.

I should’ve known it was too good to be true that my online order was ready while the line was all the way to the back of the store. I got a bowl and got absolutely no toppings whatsoever. Just a ton of rice, beans, uncooked veggies, and steak. Been going there since it opened and it’s always been awful.

I am absolutely furious with Chipotle’s catering service. I placed a huge order for 45 people for my child’s birthday party and when I showed up to pick it up they had no clue about the order at all. Just a blank stare like this wasn’t a big deal and there wasn’t even a manager available to talk to.

This wasn’t some last-minute order. It was planned and the order was placed almost a week prior to the event. We had a house full of guests expecting food, and Chipotle completely dropped the ball. They left us scrambling at the last minute, and it put an enormous amount of stress on what was supposed to be a fun and special day for our family.

This kind of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. If you can’t handle large catering orders, don’t offer them.

We used to order about once per month. The kids love it. I used to be a fan, but two miserable experiences in 2 months have me severing my relationship with Chipotle. Tonight was the last straw. I chalked-up a November experience to an extreme circumstance and when the request from the kids came tonight, I obliged.
I visited in November and waited an hour for a carryout order. Tonight I waited one hour 20 minutes for an incomplete order. [If you use the app to order and pay, you’re essentially held hostage – they’ve got your money.] In both cases, the dining room was packed full of customers waiting for orders. They had to discontinue counter service on both occasions since they were so overwhelmed. Apparently, all it takes is for someone to call out for the whole show to collapse. There did not appear to be anyone in charge.
Tonight was worse. As I sat in the dining room awaiting my order, a server at the counter informed the customers that they were out of steak, fajita veg, guacamole and chips (about half of what I ordered). A few minutes later, it was “we’re out white rice – it’s gonna be about 5 minutes.” After an hour, I was out of patience and went to the counter.
I got my incomplete order with no credit for the missing food – but a resourceful employee hand wrote a coupon for the chips I was shorted.
To be fair, I sent a note to customer service for the November debacle and they refunded my purchase. I tried to get to customer service through the website tonight and I got a “404 Not Available” reply.
I’m voting with my feet.

This specific location is severely under staffed on weekends, always out of food. Today is was 6 different items they’re out of it’s ridiculous. How can a store on a Sunday be out of 6 different ingredients. The process to cancel order and get refunded is insanely difficult and re routed to ai bots. Ordering ahead through the app should make it easier but really it makes it 10xs harder when issues come up. The wait time for this location is so long, and they never are stalked to make it worth going here. My husband and I will go out of our way to go to a more efficient chipotle from now on.

Worst chipotle I’ve been too. Don’t order online, it’s faster to drive there and order. They never put food on the mobile shelf anyway. There’s always a crowd of people waiting for their online orders.
I’ve been trying to order the limited time brisket and every time I’ve been here they said they didn’t have it. Just visited and had to wait ten minutes after my bowl was made because there was some sort of issue with the register. During this time I watched someone cook and cut up what was obviously brisket and put it in the tray with the rest of the proteins. It really rubbed me the wrong way to not just tell me it’d be a minute for the brisket when I had to watch my second-choice food get cold on the counter while they prepped what I came here for.
