I have ordered take out from this location 3 times unfortunately the last two have been a huge disappointment. Sunday evening I ordered two bowls, two tortillas, two chips with salsa. Both bowls were missing lettuce, fajita veggies and had an absurd amount of sour cream. The meats were also luke warm even though I was waiting when they brought the bag out 15min after the scheduled pickup. The tortillas were not in the bag and I was also told they were out of chips.

I give this place a 3 because ordering ahead of time is awful but going in and ordering, I haven’t had a problem. People need to realize ordering online is something terrible. I ordered a salad and burrito online and it took them 45 minutes longer than they said my pick up was and the portions were AWFUL! When I was carrying the bag, I noticed it was light so I looked in it and my burrito was terrible. So, I actually went in and ordered there and the differences in the burrito is crazy. I should have complained and got my money back but decided against it. I wanted people to see the difference in the burritos. The burrito to the right is me going to the store and ordering. Left one is online ordering. Pretty bad

I’ve visited and ordered from this chipotle location many times for lunch, but tonight was my first time going for dinner. It was just gross in there and I was shocked because it’s usually really clean even when they’re super busy. We arrived later than usual, about 8:45 pm, but they don’t close until 11pm, so well within time to order a complete meal. They hardly had any ingredients left to construct our burritos. I asked if they just weren’t making any more and the young man politely told me they just didn’t have any to make. I get it…fresh ingredients means you might not be able to perfectly account for supply and demand every day. That wasn’t the part that bothered me so much. It was how filthy the place was. Once our burritos were wrapped they were rolled down a counter absolutely smeared with food and cheese. When we walked to the drink station, the ice was overflowing from the drink machine and melted all over the floor. There was garbage overflowing from all the bins onto the floor and every table smeared with food and sticky. It just overall felt really unsanitary. I get it can get hectic in there sometimes, but there were maybe 7 customers tops in the building and as many times as I’ve been there, I’ve never seen it in such a state. I might continue to come for lunch, when there are staff to clean the dining area and enough ingredients to serve, but if this is what dinner looks like, I’ll pass in the future.

I really like the food, and life being able to order online. But even though the order confirmation says the food will be waiting on the pick-up shelf, and they HAVE pick-up shelves labeled, my order is NEVER on the shelf. I have to wait and wait for an employee to see me checking my phone incessantly to make sure I ordered it right. Or, I have to try and interrupt the cashier who’s always rapidly going from one customer to the next.

Used the app to order and when i was sent a message it was done i went inside only to find out that it was not even started. While waiting for 25 more minutes i saw that the whole restaurant was dirty and there was food all over the floor. Then there was a young lady that was cutting meat and stopped to go get a chip from the bin and then went to the cheese sauce and dipped her chip in it and then ate it and went back to cutting meat. They were not busy with walk in customers so i am not sure why the online orders were so backed up. Never using the app again.

Starting to slip. I used to always go out of my way to go to this location and do an order for pickup. Last time I went in person and everyone just kept working and didn’t look up to take my order for a solid 5 minutes. It was very awkward . Then finally when they did they were out of a lot of stuff (guacamole, forks…cups). The reviews at fallston aren’t great either so I’ve never even tried going there, and bel air is always a time consuming, undercooked rice experience. Chipotle used to be my go-to twice a week.

This place is very hit or miss. If you come during peak dinner hours expect them to be out of several items. The staff does their best to accommodate your order but as mentioned expect them to be out of things like guacamole, some of the meats and other toppings for a burrito bowl if you come during peak (5-6:30) time. We do have occasions everything is as ordered but lately the quality of the food has gone downhill. We just come back because we like the food when it comes out fresh and toppings aren’t scarce. We try to come on off days to eat now such as mid day on weekends or early lunch. We figured they would adjust to the traffic and stop running out of things but that isn’t the case. Been an issue for a few months.

This chipotle has been on a steady decline. Most of the time they are out of a large number of ingredients, and the portions and quality of food are extremely inconsistent based on who is working. There have also been many times where the counter is filled with spilled food and the space is uncleanly. It used to be hit or miss, but most of the time now it’s a miss.

Beware of mobile ordering from here. It will be wrong EVERY time. Its like the employees care so little that they make random bowls and stick random name stickers on them. If you like paying $12 for food roulette, go for it.
