I have been to this place few times during my UMD visit. I liked it. Giving 4 stars because they charged for bag stealthily without informing me upfront about it. Also for Honey chicken they charged extra and I didn’t see it on their menu board.

Very small portion of food. Seriously, even a child wouldn’t be full with this size. You need to train your staff better. don’t be so cheap, or you’re going to lose customers at this location.

Kenny went above and beyond when I asked if I could have vegan and GF option, he checked and even gave me the list to make me feel assured. My family and I all feel welcomed ( my husband and our 2 little kids even though I was the only one with diet restrictions). I enjoyed my GF and vegan bowl and my family loved their as well. Thank you Kenny and the rest of the staff for the excellent service

I love chipotle but this one in particular I’ve started to dislike without failure they act so stingy for some reason this woman literally sprinkled chicken on my bowl like a corner of the open and called it a day. I’m just gonna stop coming here at this point and I never want to eat inside because I feel so disappointed after I ordered I just wanna go straight home. Doesn’t help that 50% of the tables are dirty

I literally just left from this location. I wish I would have gotten the name of the very rude lady working the cash register at about 10:15pm on 9/12. I went in, ordered a bowl and it was made perfectly. However, they didn’t have the green hot sauce that I MUST have (it’s my fav). I went two weeks prior and they didn’t have it then so I tried the green salsa.. didn’t quite hit the spot, but back to today! I requested a refund because they were out again (I tried to look over to see if they had it, but I was next in line and come on, I have never been to a chipotle that didn’t have it. The “rude lady” initially said “The green hot sauce is extra and I can’t refund you” . After speaking with another employee, I was refunded, However, what she said to me was unbelievable. She said “next time, look over there to see if the green sauce is there and if this happens again, I will not refund you”. Liikke, this is all so piety and I feel like I’m being piety for writing this review BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE”. It’s like, if I order fries, and you don’t have ketchup, I don’t want to eat the fries , so why would I pay for the fries. Don’t make me feel like a bothersome person when I was very polite acknowledging to her that it wasn’t her fault it’s just how I like to eat my chipotle, only to be looked at as if I was the problem. Her employees saved her because I left out the other details but yeah. Great location otherwise but I will just go to another one to avoid her (and I live right down the street).

I stopped by the store to get two smoke brisket ball after I pay the bill, I asked if I can have hot sauce. The lady in the front asked the manager. if We have hot sauce she said no we out of hot sauce I was upset. I sat down. I was eating my food. Suddenly I see a box of hot sauce brought out this was in the morning 12 o’clock when I asked her she said I’m sorry I didn’t know we had hot sauce. with attitude you can tell she lying to her teeth I think you shouldn’t let people like this working as a manager. I come here all the time and I love love love chipotle. I’m a die hard fan. But today I felt really disrespected. Miguel was at the stand and I ordered double chicken. The portion he gave me was less than the normal portion so I asked if he could pls put more. ( I am paying an extra $5 for chicken, He picked up 2 pieces of chicken and put it in my bowl. Everyone else was so nice but him. I ordered 100 dollars worth of chipotle and he didn’t even smile or even say good morning. I was skimped and played today and I don’t appreciate that. Everyone needs to have good customer service cause I’m just supporting. He ruined my morning and everyone else’s food.
