I usually order food delivery from here. The last few times I ordered a salad, they forgot to include the vinegarette. The vinagarette is literally the salad dressing and comes with that selection. It’s extremely frustrating because the only way you can get the vinagarette is by ordering the salad. Then for them to regularly exclude it is unacceptable.
They are also heavy handed with sour cream, even when I ask for it to be light. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

On June 4, 2025, I visited the Chipotle location in Brandywine and ordered a chicken bowl. Upon returning home and preparing to serve the meal to my children, I was shocked to discover a live bug crawling inside my bowl as soon as I opened the lid.
I immediately closed the container and returned to the restaurant to report the issue. When I showed the staff what I had found, a Chipotle employee casually remarked that “they’re always in the lettuce.” This response was not only deeply concerning, but also suggested a potential ongoing issue with food contamination and pest control at this location.
Consumers deserve to feel confident that their food is being prepared in a clean and safe environment. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when dining at this establishment, and I hope Chipotle takes swift action to address this serious matter.

Ordered through Uber eats. Craving chips and guacamole with my order. Guac was either sitting in the store for wayyyyy too long or the avocados they used were too ripe. Love yall but do better lol guac is not supposed to look like this. Not fresh at all

Sorry. This order can’t be reordered.
However my order contained white rice, I couldn’t see the pinto beans nor salsa and my bowl was covered white sauce which I did not order. There was no fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa nor chili corn salsa.
There was an inclusion of this white tata sauce which I did not order. I cannot consume white sauce and white rice as seen by this photo below. The food looked very unappetising nothing I would want to feed my dog. Unfortunately I had to throw away my meal and was unable to reach anyone since their phone is being answered by a machine. It’s ridiculous that I was unable to reorder without further cost or get a refund.
Please do a better job Chipotle. It’s not always about making money but satisfying customers. Especially those over 60.

I love chipotle it’s one of my fav fast food Tex mex. Please don’t go to this location. One they were moving so fast on my bowl I couldn’t even get out what I wanted on my bowl. Mind you.. I was the only person in line! They barely gave me any meat. I qas almost appalled. This location literally acts like the food is coming out their check. no type of customer service. Please don’t come here I beg!

Best Chipotle burrito I’ve ever had in the 15 years of being a customer. This is not the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve been but this time was exceptionally great. And at $12, you just can’t beat it. I’m going to be full all day tomorrow I can already tell.

I’m torn writing this review. The staff here is very friendly, and they foster a comfortable environment. The problem I have is with the lackluster food quality.
In my first experience at this location, I received food that was nowhere near to what I had ordered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on accuracy because it was near closing.
On my second visit, the order was correct, but the quality was more to be desired. My bowl was topped with guacamole, which was appreciably brown; I had brown uncut chunks throughout the bottom of the bowl, making it really unappetizing.
Unfortunately, I would recommend driving a little further to another location.

Food was good but my order was incorrect. I ordered with the app. I paid for 2 bowls and chips with queso and only got one of my chips and no queso. Ordered again a whole year later through door dash and my order was incorrect again I asked for lettuce and didn’t get lettuce. The only way to get your food the exact way you want it you have to actually be present when it’s being made ♀️.
