Got to say like any Chipotle, it all depends on the times you go when you can still get your food warm after its been freshly made. The service is great an I haven’t had many issues with my orders that where fixed on the spot. The manager is always helpful when he can be, the staff is always willing to help when they are not to busy….over all good spot to get a good bowl or burrito, let me not forget about the tacos lol…

This location is trash. Never have fajita veggies regardless of time you go. I would understand if they run out of ingredients occasionally but every single time is genuinely ridiculous. I think the workers are just lazy and don’t want to prepare anything. This location is also the WORST when it comes to skimping on meat. They only give about 2-4 pieces of chicken for a single serving. Also, none of the workers speak English or make an effort to understand what you’re asking for. How does management hire these people for customer facing roles when they don’t speak the language that the majority of guests speak? Really hope corporate does something about this location because it has to be the worst one I’ve visited. Chipotle has declined in value overall but man this location really takes the cake for shittiest service.

I usually love a good chipotle chicken bowl, but this one seriously missed the mark. The flavor had potential but the overwhelming saltiness ruined the experience. Every bite felt like a mouthful of salt, making it hard to taste anything else. I found myself chugging water just to get through it, and even then, I couldn’t finish the bowl.
If the salt were dialed down, this could actually be a great dish. Until then, I’d steer clear unless you’re craving a salt bomb.

The bad reviews aren’t deserved. It’s a chipotle. If you need food in you to sustain life, they have it. I ordered it online, it was ready at the time they said. The portion was exactly what I expected. The staff acknowledged my existence and handed me the bag of food I selected. All in all, it was exactly what I needed from that interaction. I’m back in my hotel room eating it now, and there is nothing particularly noteworthy about it whatsoever. Which is what I wanted. Food for not a ton of money. I wasn’t looking to have my culinary mind blown. I just needed food and had $16. Now I have the food, and not the $16. Done.

Terrible service and zero communication. I asked the first employee if the deal was BOGO, and he told me yes. After I ordered, I went to pay and the cashier tried to charge me for two full meals because apparently the deal was only for burritos, which no one bothered to explain upfront.
Because of all the back-and-forth and confusion, my order got messed up even more — they forgot my chips and my vinaigrette. No apology, no effort to fix it, just chaos behind the counter.
If employees can’t clearly explain promotions or communicate with each other, customers end up paying the price. Very frustrating experience, and definitely not what I expect from Chipotle

Service at this Chipotle is horrible. They are extremely stingy with meat portions. I routinely get charged more than 50 dollars for two burritos. They give so little meat that I am always forced to ask for double meat. When I ask for double meat, they look at me with contempt. I have also caught them bad mouthing me in Spanish. They act like each piece of meat is coming out of their own paycheck. I’m not sure who is the manager at this location but he or she needs to be fired ASAP!

It drives me nuts when there’s a “mobile order pick up” shelf and it’s not being used and there’s nothing to inform customers that it’s not being used. How are we supposed to know that we need to walk up to the counter when both the app and the prominent shelf are telling us otherwise?

Rice is not cooked, pork is too salty and portions are smaller than in the other store, work ethic and service are bad!!! I do understand they are on a minimum wage but at least doing your job, is not that hard!

I mean it is what it is. I’m sure the food comes out different every time but something bout my food today is just extra seasoned.
A little to salty and the seasoning is to over powering it’s almost not enjoyable. The spicy ness has more of a kick than usual. I got a salad and the dressing could be adding more saltiness but I hadn’t even poured it on when I took my first bite.
