I arrived at10 PM at this chipotle looking for dinner when I walked in All the protein was out and dry needed to be replaced for representative offered me the dried up protein. I decline and walked out. I could not spend 15 $20 here with poor Service.

The employees at this location were extremely rude. I was patient while explaining what I wanted in my bowl, but the staff at the rice and guac stations were speaking to each other in Spanish and not paying attention to my order. The portion of guacamole I received for a veggie bowl was very small, and I had to ask multiple times for more. Even after explaining that I don’t understand Spanish, they continued to speak in Spanish and ignored my requests. The overall attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional and their stations are mixing food with other containers

This place is a mess. One person working the kitchen while four employees stand around the drive-thru talking instead of helping. I ordered a burrito bowl and got a bowl of soup — all liquid, no veggies, and they tried to “fix” it by dumping cheese on top.
This has been happening for two months straight. Lazy staff, terrible portions, and zero quality control. Not worth the money anymore.

I’m truly the very last thing from a Karen I never complain. But this location in particular is just bizarre with portions. I find it worth it to just drive the extra 15 minutes to the other location. Feel like the photos honestly speak for themselves. $40 to deliver a bowl and 3 tacos and they can’t even just fill the bowl/ taco at the minimum. Granted everyone knows they skimp even more when you do delivery but still like seriously ……

I always ask for a small drink, but I am given what most places would say is a medium drink option. They explained that the smaller one is only for water. Unless you ASK for a different size, they will always give you the BIG cup which is an up charge. The food it always OK, but the staff isn’t super friendly or helpful. Should probably be better about cleaning tables and restrooms more frequently as well.
Eat here only if you don’t like the other options in the same shopping center.

This location has really changed, and not for the better. The workers from the prep area to the register had a constant eye-rolling attitude and were giving dirty looks the whole time. I tried to stay polite and said “thank you” more than once, but I never got a “you’re welcome,” a smile, or any friendly acknowledgement.
The food was also bland and not seasoned well. This used to be my preferred location, but now I’d rather drive farther to go somewhere else.

Ordered chicken and was billed for steak.
The staff also serves very little protein with your order and makes up the difference in other areas like rice, beans, condiments, etc
I went during lunch so there was the lunchtime rush but this is not an excuse for messing up several peoples orders.
There is a language challenge where most of the staff does not speak English.
Second there is this massive rush to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. What happens here is many mistakes are made. For example I was billed wrong, they forgot my chips and salsa.
Just slow down for one more minute and you can get the persons order right and everyone can be happy.
I would not go back to this location simply because of the poor service.

Took advantage of the veterans Day offer. They had buy one get one, you can’t beat that at Chipotle. The food is fresh and cooked on site. Minimum processing… Always good!

Honestly, it’s Chipotle. Food always tastes the same, at least at this one you don’t get food poisoning so 5/5, atmosphere is that same neo-vibe and enjoyable. SERVICE THIS TIME? They packed the stuff so that it dripped in the bag and fell out into my car when I went to lift it up. Now I’ve spent two hours cleaning my car in an attempt to get the smell out. 1/5.
