I ordered for take and the portion sizes everyone is complaining about is accurate. I ordered the tacos and a burrito. I normally do double meat for the burrito but my order was already $21 before that so I skipped it. The burrito was very small and the tacos (pictured) barely had anything in them. The food itself was good and tasted fresh. The pickup, timing, and order was correct. Just a shame the downfall of the portion sizes with raising pricing. I need to find an alternative option.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Chipotle location. A big Hispanic woman refused to provide hot salsa the way it is normally served. I asked for hot salsa on the side, freshly scooped, which is typically done in front of customers. She refused and insisted on giving me a pre-packaged container, and her tone and attitude were dismissive.

I have my reasons (mental health related), which is one of the reasons I choose Chipotle—I need to see my food being prepared and packaged. Being denied this made me extremely uncomfortable. Besides, when you ask for hot on the side they always scoop it for you so I was not asking for anything different.

I then spoke to the cashier, Reynaldo (Hispanic), who was signed in at the register. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he argued with me and minimized my concern by repeatedly saying it was “the same thing.” After continued back-and-forth, he finally provided the salsa, but did so without gloves, which raised serious food safety concerns.

This is not an isolated incident. I have consistently noticed that Black customers are treated differently than Hispanic customers at this location. The service felt dismissive and disrespectful. I strongly recommend management review the camera footage and address both customer service behavior and food handling practices. It occurred on 12/14/25 at 11:45 am

Dirty, loud, kids everywhere. The employees wiping their nose and touching the food. They’re giving tiny portions. The restaraunt is just gross overall. Makes me not even like chipotle. I will not be back here. I’d skip it if I were you

Told asking for more cheese is extra money after getting a serving that could be pinched between two fingers.

Worker says “it’s Chipotle policy”
Didn’t know it’s the policy not to give us what we’re paying for.

Overindulging is one thing but trying to ration portions is another.

The manager shouldn’t be standing around having personal conversations when there are online orders, waiting to be made, the management has to be under review. She claimed to be the manager named Antonia and was completely ignoring the orders in the system, which caused a traffic causing the online order customers to wait more than people walking in to order.

Something needs to be done about this Chipotle, truly. Face to face you get a normal burrito. Consistently, when I order through DoorDash the portions are ABSURD. Taco Bell has larger burritos. It’s consistent! This last order was the last straw. Half cup of salsa for my salsa and chips, half. Chips weren’t salted AND barely any in the bag. It’s disappointing to consistently pay $30 to get such little food. No idea how they have a 4+ rating on DoorDash. The Google ~3 seems more accurate. Seems fishy. Like many of the DoorDash reviews I have stopped ordering double meat because I get a half portion anyway, no matter what I pay. Just sick of getting ripped off and for years. On the road I have DoorDashed other Chipotles and most of the time I get a normal burrito, so it’s not the Shrink-Flation Chipotle has been accused of; it is this store. And then when the “owner” reaches out, I get 404 Not Found dead link.

I am Livid, I had such high expectations for this chipotle. They literally delivered dog food from them via Uber eats. How do you screw up an entire order that only had two items. I asked for regular chicken I was sent some chicken that tasted like rotisserie chicken, the rice was softer than a babies bottom. Super mushy and gross. My sons tacos had no chicken on the majority of them. You guys really need to do better, especially for delivery services. This should not be acceptable

This store is racist! They treat their people really well. The people in front of me were Hispanic, so their burrito was so full that they needed a second tortilla to wrap it. (See the video to see how big it is). But when it comes to us, they are so cheap with it, giving us small portions and telling us (lady at cashier) that’s how much we’re supposed to get. So not fair

Been coming here since it opened and usually no issues, but I got home today and my lettuce is so past bad, I might just throw the whole thing out. I didn’t mind that they were out of guacamole AND sour cream with 2hrs left until close, but this lettuce?? Just say you’re out of it too, sht. It’s disgusting.
