Rice was hard, worker spent a lot of time on his phone instead of helping the line even after store manager told him to help. And to make matters worse I found a screw of all things inside my drink I don’t even know how that could have been possible.

Chipotle in Georgetown, DC was good, but not perfect. The staff was friendly and the line moved pretty fast, which I appreciated for such a busy location. The food was fresh and flavorful overall, and my order was made correctly. The portion sizes were decent, though I wish they were a little more generous.
The main downside was that the seating area could have been cleaner, and a few ingredients looked like they had been sitting out a bit too long. Nothing bad enough to ruin the meal, but noticeable.
All in all, it’s a solid spot for a quick bite—tasty, reliable, and worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Just don’t expect perfection.

I’ve visited this Chipotle location in Georgetown, Washington DC multiple times, on different days and at different hours, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The restaurant is extremely dirty — floors and tables are regularly covered in food, trash, and spilled sauces. It’s shocking how often half the tables are either occupied or completely unusable due to how filthy they are.
The staffing situation is also a serious issue. There are usually only two employees working the front, which causes major delays. When there’s a rush, they abandon the cashier to prepare food, leaving a line of people unable to pay. I personally waited over five minutes at the cashier with my food ready, just waiting for someone to ring me up.
To make matters worse, the staff that are present often behave with a rude and arrogant attitude, making the environment feel unwelcoming and chaotic. Customer service seems to be an afterthought here.
Sadly, this has become a pattern, not a one-off experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location until some serious improvements are made.

One time I came here and there was hair in my food but I am not a Karen and I was starving so I just removed it and ate the rest with no complaints. Then another time I came after that and the guy working there gave me my meal for free for some reason but then I tipped him the whole meal. It wasn’t the same guy but good karma I guess. When I arrived at 8:20pm, all the chairs were up on the tables, clearly discouraging anyone from dining in—even though it was still during open hours. There was a bottle of Lysol left out, and I watched as customers cleaned their own tables while the staff stood around on their phones.
The staff were not only inattentive but also downright rude, with bad attitudes throughout the entire ordering process. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them just for showing up.
To top it off, the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I took video footage because I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of cleanliness and professionalism at this location. I won’t be coming back.

I went to chipotle for lunch because I work around the area. They gave me old black out of date guac… I went back to ask for a replacement and the lady with the hat said “That’s how it always comes.” So it always comes black and out of date? I kept asking for a replacement and she kept saying no until I kept asking and she did. She finally gave me FRESH guac. Also she took the old out of date guac with an attitude.
