Unbelievable. I ordered from Chipotle and this is what they sent me—basically nothing. Completely unreal and definitely not worth $15.00. I want to speak to a manager. Why do they allow this to happen? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. You might as well go somewhere else. Everywhere else seems to know what to do but this place have troubles with keeping their customers very bad service very bad quality.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle order my family has ever ordered. The quality is terribly. Everything is way over salted to the point where it’s basically not edible. The rice was loaded with salt like it was possibly made incorrectly. I tried calling the location and it said since it was a delivery order it needed to be filled out online. (I ordered through Chipotle app) If I was able, I’d return all 3 items to the store but I chose delivery for a reason! It is not suitable to serve to my child due to the quality. Other than the quality of the the bowls having so much salt there were incorrect items as well. The quesadilla was missing a requested side as well as the fajita veggies on the quesadilla. Two bites were taken and it was dry with cold cheese and a greasy bottom. I ordered corn salsa with chips and the salsa cup was not even filled. I also ordered a large side of Pico de gallo and received a small cup also not filled. To say that I’m dissatisfied with this order would be an understatement. The manager at this location needs to be aware. I filled out the online form and hope someone contacts me. College students may be OK with this but a working family of 2 + children eating your food deserves better quality for a $65 meal! Terrible!!!! Ugh!

Ordered a double steak bowl and got double steak thankfully but thats just about all that was in the bowl, barely any rice, literally 2 pieces of lettuce and the rice was crunchy, meat was chalky and dry. Ordered two bags of chips, both came without salt, worst Chipotle ever. One of the many reasons why I prefer to do in person over take out…do better.

I just came here to get me and mom dinner for the night and the girl making the food at the first station had an attitude the entire time she was serving me. I asked for extra rice, and instead of politely saying she didn’t hear me she just said “huh” and “what” and kept doing so when I told her the rest of my order and she kept making a face at me. She even walked off mid-order and was busy talking with another co-worker about these customers that were before me. After I got our food and my mom dropped me off, my mom sent a photo of her food and her burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly and the foil wasn’t on all the way, and her burrito was really small with no accurate portioning. I come here frequently since it’s on campus and never had an issue until now. This girl was very unprofessional.

It’s the same service, same ingredients, and same experience every time ⏱️
This is not necessarily a bad thing and if you like cheap protein like me, Chipotle can come in very clutch at times.
This particular location is a little overrated but I’m glad they get business

I ordered a normal bowl and literally received 8 pieces of chicken. And they gave me half a scoop of rice and beans and despite my request for additional rice and beans, still, the portion was abysmal. I’ve been to many chipotles in the area, and I can unequivocally say that this is the most stingy chipotle in this region. Manager, please make some changes if you want to attract customers.

When walked in music was so loud & when ordering food couldn’t even hear nothing the person was saying. my burrito was ripped & still wrapped it person who was making my burrito mentioned to another employee thinking i didn’t hear “the torilla broke” & other lady said “it’s fine give it to her” mind you my burrito isn’t even wrapped in my aluminum foil right so I could still see the hole.. when asking for another tortilla got attitude & tossed on the counter after.

This is the second and final time (even within a calendar year) I will have a bad experience with Chipotle because I’m done. We ordered through the website for delivery and turns out it was door dash. Our order came in a reasonable time (the only thing that went right about the evening). When I got the bag from the driver I turned around and noticed it said 1 of 2. I knew 5 of our orders couldn’t be fit in one bag. We quickly unpacked it and I immediately ran out to him in the driveway and told him we are missing 3 bowls and a quesadilla. He said it wasn’t his problem and that he was only handed one bag. I would have to call the store. Upon multiple people calling the store, we got nowhere because it’s automated and couldn’t get to a live person. We paid for this order so we all hopped in the car and drove about 10 minutes to the store. The manager smelled like weed, had a smile on his face while talking to him (as in he was immature and could care less/wasting his time), and said there was nothing he could do. He gave us our food and tried to walk away. We asked for our food to be remade because at this point it had been sitting there for an hour and wasn’t warm. He said he couldn’t do that because they have too many other customers that needed food. At this point we took our food and tried to separate out the lettuce and some other ingredients to reheat. Personally, my bowl was not good. There was barely any Barbacoa and the sour cream was slapped on over to the side. The bowl was barely filled as well for most of us. One person had sour cream and didn’t ask for it. I am absolutely disappointed in both Chipotle and Door Dash. Neither person involved failed to make this experience better. The worst part is this is the second time in a row we have had a bad experience. We forgave the first time and chalked it up to ok every once in awhile you get a bad experience when it comes to a big company. But now this is the second time within a calendar year so I can’t see any 5 of us returning to give our business to Chipotle again. Minor, but we also did not receive utensils or napkins in either bag. I guess this is to be expected when it’s located near a college campus.
