I really love Chipotle but whenever I’m unfortunate enough to be in this area this brand new store is already way underperforming I don’t think they take any pride in their new hires they just put a warm body in there most of the employees smell like marijuana and they hardly ever say hello and lots of hollering and yelling and laughing as if they’re not professionals at a professional job they never thin out their sour cream everything is built into a giant pyramid instead of distributor evenly along the burrito bowl so you may get four or five bites of nothing but sour cream! Also the entire service line is a wreck not after lunch rush or dinner rush all the time, they throw your food together so sloppy that there’s sour cream on the outside of your burrito bolted and on the bottom so that when you take them out of the bag at home your hands are covered in sour cream also if you order multiple burrito bowls they’re not marked so when you get back to the office and if you ordered seven or eight burrito bowls nobody knows whose is what and you have the unpleasant task of having other people open your burrito bowl worst part is they don’t put the lids on the sauces tight enough which leak in the bag and in one case I lost five colleagues food through the ripped bag ️ also you barely get a quarter bag of chips as well as only receiving half of a 4 oz portion cup if you ordered a 32 oz soda and I only gave you 16 oz in a 32 oz cup you would feel cheated right!? Well it’s the same thing for portioning cups I have a 4 oz portion cup if you’re only going to put 2 oz of hot sauce or Verde sauce in it I can honestly say I’m done with Chipotle unless it’s in a high-end area where the general manager is the boss and not their friend!

Just terrible. Out of nearly everything including chips, silverware, beans. All the meats were nearly empty. When asked if they had products they just replied no. When told they are out of silverware they just said thanks. I wish I had thought to take photos of the food

The only chipotle worth going to is west Chester at this point.

Walked in at 8:10 this evening and they had all of the meat out from under the front windows and on the counters behind them, so my chicken and beans are literally ice cold. That HAS to be a health and safety issue………………!!!!!!!

This new location is starting off on a weirdly wrong foot. I’ve had more than a few “weird” meals here. Including employees having really personal conversations loudly to each other, employees only rudely saying “NAME.” when someone comes in to pickup an order, a small child with no shoes on strapped to a dining chair watching a loud iPad while his caretaker worked the drive through window, the juices and lemonades never being filled, only spoons in the fork cups and no forks to be seen, it’s a bit odd.

Finding good people to do good work can be difficult and after reading other reviews this is definitely a management and hiring issue that corporate could probably give two hoots about.

I know I frequent this place typically anywhere from 7:30-9:30pm so I don’t expect top notch service at that hour, but something better than what they’re doing right now would be great.

They could learn a thing or two from the crew out in Exton. That location is really good.

We just brought home a pickup order, 15 minutes after ordering. Even though, when he got there they were still putting together some of the items, everything was cold. Have to put every menu item we ordered in the microwave to warm them up. How does that even make sense?

Came in on Saturday January 3rd…
One of the workers was struggling to wrap the guys burrito in front of me, so another person hopped in to do my order. They rushed the order and then the workers got confused over whose order was who’s. There was another lady in front of the guy in front of me who wasn’t even finished ordering. The people behind me got like 5+ bowls. Workers seemed very unorganized and all over the place. The worker at the register was told something about the order behind mine about charging extra. I ended up getting charged for extra meat when i didn’t get extra meat. Customer service did give me a coupon but I had to call them back because the coupon they promised me didn’t show up in my email until 30+ minutes later! Very ridiculous.

My wife really likes Chipotle’s and this was our first time coming to this location. The folks waiting on us were polite and took care of our requests and food was ok, some of the items asked for were very small portions.

My biggest grief with this location is that when my wife & I go over to fountain drink dispenser, there is a young man setting & leaning all over one of the tables who appeared to be totally passed out or asleep.

Sounds of ice dispenser and customers walking around didn’t affect this person at all. At a closer look, this young man was an employee, I’m assuming he was off duty, but yet sprawled out across the table totally out!

Every customer who came in while my wife & I were dining inside noticed and looked at this employee.

One would think maybe this employee got off duty and is awaiting a ride, but one would think sleeping across the table while waiting, isn’t the right thing to do.

I was about to go up to counter and say something to employees since this young man was sleeping at an area out of site from counter.

But prior to getting up, one of the employees from the counter came over to get a drink and noticed this situation. But yet didn’t say anything to the sleeping employee.

My wife overheard the counter employee tell one of the customers asking about the sleeping young man, yeah….today was that employee’s first day on the job!

After witnessing this and seeing no staff address the issue, not sure we’ll be returning any time soon when employees are permitted to just sleep across the tables, it’s really not a good impression to put upon your customers!!

We stopped by this Chipotle at 9:15 PM, well before the posted 10:00 PM closing time. When we walked in—along with another couple—the woman working the front gave us a disgusted look, like we were an inconvenience just for showing up. Without saying a word, she slowly looked up, then turned around and walked away.

The food was already packed up, nothing was being served, and it was obvious the staff had mentally checked out for the night. As both couples decided to leave, we were hit with a rude, condescending “Have a great night” and smirks from the crew—just to drive the message home that we weren’t welcome.

This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. We’ve come in well before closing on other occasions, only to find everything already cleaned up: no drinks refilled, chips empty, and employees who clearly don’t care to serve customers past a certain hour—even if it’s still open.

If this store isn’t going to honor their posted hours, then they should update them—or better yet, train their staff to treat every customer with basic respect until the actual closing time.

It’s comical how bad this Chipotle is lol perhaps the laziest employees I’ve ever witnessed at any establishment. Consistently run out of food/stock. Customer service is awful, and the music is loud like they’re at a concert. It’s literally so bad that I laugh instead of getting upset. They’ll be out of business in no time at this rate.

Lazy ahh employees literally lie about stock to get out of doing their job. I genuinely cannot rate the food because they either close earlier than the written times or they genuinely LIE and I can see them ALL sit on their phones in the lobby. Why get a job if you don’t want to work? Happened TWO different times; I am just going to drive to a different chipotle the next time I want it. It’s not even worth it to give them a third chance.

Order here almost weekly when we get home late and it’s wrong 80%. Not a single order of sour cream in my order and it was covered in it. Can’t eat it cause I’m allergic to milk. Another order right in the trash. Everything Parkesburg touches ends up crappy.
