The hispanic female manager in front desk completely ignored this situation and did nothing.
Yet when said “You’ll get how worse review for what you’ve done” they began to beg you and try to salvage the situation. What a pathetic service!
It honestly felt like they didn’t care about doing their jobs correctly. No apology, no fix, just attitude. If I’m paying extra for add ons like queso and double meat I expect to actually receive them not be dismissed because the staff “doesn’t feel like it.”
I couldn’t tell you why, but I just really wanted chipotle everyday. So I did it.
And everyday my food was great. I was always greeted at the start with a pleasant greeting.
They did seem to be rushing a little but I think that’s a common thing at the lunch hour in service jobs.
Big kudos for nobody saying “hey, didn’t you order this yesterday… and the day before?” Really felt nice to be not judged for my week long craving
I was trying to pay for my bowl when an older man who was likely not from this country asked her politely if my food was his. The worker at the register fully thought about her response before replying, “Are you the one in front of me?” And the older man responded with kindness and apologized when he had every right to call her out for her rude behavior. These two workers are always acting in a negative manner and rush people at the register or always have something snarky to say. It’s very disheartening and disrespectful to treat paying customers that way.
I understand that mix-ups can happen, but the way I was treated afterward was completely unacceptable. I had paid for my meal and was simply asking for what I rightfully ordered. As a customer, I expected understanding and courtesy—not attitude.
If the manager on duty that day is reading this, I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. I chose to remain respectful despite the situation because that’s how I was raised, but I truly hope no other customer has to experience that kind of treatment in the future.
I opened my bowl after coming home and it’s not what I ordered, she just put some random things in there. I am writing this with immense pain. She does not deserve to be working in such places and giving food to people like this.
