The black female employee preparing mobile orders packed the food with less portion, ingredient shortage & wrong meat (given chicken instead of steak in order) by mistake, refusing to admit her fault and framing customer instead.
The hispanic female manager in front desk completely ignored this situation and did nothing.
Yet when said “You’ll get how worse review for what you’ve done” they began to beg you and try to salvage the situation. What a pathetic service!

The manager (Hispanic female) was super rude and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Instead of handling concerns respectfully, she actually raised her voice at us which is completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional, my order was all wrong. They gave us a different soda than the one I asked for forgot several items I paid for including queso in my burrito and the double chicken i ordered they claimed it was double when it was clearly a regular portion at best. And let’s not talk about the petty portion we received.
It honestly felt like they didn’t care about doing their jobs correctly. No apology, no fix, just attitude. If I’m paying extra for add ons like queso and double meat I expect to actually receive them not be dismissed because the staff “doesn’t feel like it.”

Ate at this location for lunch for 7 days in a row.
I couldn’t tell you why, but I just really wanted chipotle everyday. So I did it.
And everyday my food was great. I was always greeted at the start with a pleasant greeting.
They did seem to be rushing a little but I think that’s a common thing at the lunch hour in service jobs.
Big kudos for nobody saying “hey, didn’t you order this yesterday… and the day before?” Really felt nice to be not judged for my week long craving

I do not post reviews ever. This is my first time leaving one because I am so frustrated with what I have observed here. I don’t have much of an issue with the food itself at this particular chipotle. I’m posting this regarding the workers. They are extremely rude for no apparent reason. Every time I come to this location, one of them always has an awful attitude. It’s always the same two female workers at the register who have the worst customer service skills. I’ve had two bad experiences with one of these workers and observed rude behavior from the other towards other customers.
I was trying to pay for my bowl when an older man who was likely not from this country asked her politely if my food was his. The worker at the register fully thought about her response before replying, “Are you the one in front of me?” And the older man responded with kindness and apologized when he had every right to call her out for her rude behavior. These two workers are always acting in a negative manner and rush people at the register or always have something snarky to say. It’s very disheartening and disrespectful to treat paying customers that way.

I visited this Chipotle location on October 13th, 2025, to pick up my Sofritas Bowl order for dinner. When I arrived, the woman at the counter informed me that my order had already been picked up by someone else. I explained that I had not received it, but instead of handling the situation professionally, her attitude and tone were disrespectful and dismissive.
I understand that mix-ups can happen, but the way I was treated afterward was completely unacceptable. I had paid for my meal and was simply asking for what I rightfully ordered. As a customer, I expected understanding and courtesy—not attitude.
If the manager on duty that day is reading this, I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. I chose to remain respectful despite the situation because that’s how I was raised, but I truly hope no other customer has to experience that kind of treatment in the future.
I opened my bowl after coming home and it’s not what I ordered, she just put some random things in there. I am writing this with immense pain. She does not deserve to be working in such places and giving food to people like this.

Table and drink area is not cleaned enough, but on the Chipotle scale it’s not the worst I’ve seen. Staff here is miserable with zero customer service skills. Genuinely unpleasant people who should not be serving people. If you go here make sure you order onsite. Their mobile prep skimps on food and messes up consistently.

Had a terrible experience at Chipotle today. Ordered 3 chicken bowls and was shocked by the ridiculously small portions, the chicken was an afterthought! The meat was also dry and stale, like it’d been sitting out for hours. Staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. Not worth the money or the disappointment!!

Visit here periodically. Nothing stellar about it, but it is reliable and fairly consistent. Sometimes the service is a little slow. I was there this past weekend and 5 people were huddled around the cash register trying to resolve one customer’s issue while one person was left to provide service for everyone in line. It’s nice that they have rice without cilantro stored in the back, but you have to know that they do this and ask them about it.
