I’ve lived all over the country and have never come across a worse fast food place than this Burger King. First of all, don’t kid yourself here, this is not fast food. You’ll get faster food at any of the sit down service restaurants in town, any day of the week and much better food.
This place is a joke and has been the 12 years I’ve lived here. The only consist thing about this place is how bad their service and food are. My standards with fast food aren’t very high to begin with, especially in Oscoda but this place never cease to amaze me at how bad they are. It’s almost unbelievable. They never have your food ready, they always, and I do mean always, get your order wrong. Even though the food takes for ever to get to you it still manages to always be cold. The fries are never season and half the time taste like they just picked them up from under the frier after a few days. Several times we’ve ordered food and have been told to wait in the parking lot for our food and they forget we are there.
If you don’t believe me how bad they are compare them with nearest other Burger King, in Tawas. They actually have fast food, if you see two cars in the Tawas BK drive through you won’t think “Oh good, gonna be here for awhile” you are straight through! Not only that but Tawas BKs food is actually good and seasoned if you can believe that!
This place does not deserve any business. They obviously lack sold leadership and competent employees. Save you many and give it to the people who deserve it. I’ve been giving this place business for years, reluctantly, but I just can’t anymore. They never improve and shouldn’t be supported.

We passed you on our way in town, but we turned back around when McDonald’s lobby was closed. No regrets stopping in because everyone working was kind and in a good mood. Sometimes you just want to sit at a table to eat vs your car. You know.
Our food was hot and scrumptious. We swapped out a pop for the coffee that came with our meal. My daughter ordered an orange juice with her food.
No complaints here all good things to say about this stop.

This was the nicest Burger King restaurant with very clean and inviting atmosphere. What shocked me the most was how genuinely kind all the staff were to us. Best service I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. Food was good as well. Very impressed with this location!

Chicken fries, chicken nuggets, fries were extremely old, then waited at window while associates chatted and laughed, and ended up honking horn to get their attention. Restaurant was not busy at all. Shouldn’t have to ask for edible food…never again.

The lady at the speaker continued to cut me off at the speaker, THEN we got held on our order. Waited in the parking lot for 10mins for our order, told the same girl that we didn’t have any straws when she brought our food out, she went back inside to get us some and had an attitude when I asked for straws that she didn’t hand me at the window. She stood inside the doorway talking to a man for a few mins until I finally got annoyed and went inside and got my straws. The real kicker is when I got to work to eat my food before going inside, one of her nice hairs were covering my fries for me. Definitely is not mine, I have a buzzcut and blonde hair. Would NOT reccomend go to McDonald’s. Horrible service terrible food

Every time I come here it’s a 10+ minute wait. And they make you pull around to the front where there is no designated parking for those waiting so then I wait and the confused employee comes out checking every car in the parking lot before they find the right one. I’m just saying if I was first in line in the drive thru then I should get my food first. Quick making fast food an inconvenience by trying to make your times look better for corporate.

Clean, However Must Be One of the Most Boring Burger King I have Ever Been too. Been there twice or Three Times and Each Time almost No one….They Do have a Big Parking Lot. I Had some Coffee. No Thrills, Get in and Get Back out on the Road is this Kind of Place. Road Trip. Get Some King.

20 minutes for 4 whoppers and fries. Employees ingnored indoor patrons for drive through having a good time talking about nonsense. 6 people came in and left as I waited for order. Nobody came to counter to help. Too busy talking about the weekend. Never going back. Need to drug test!
