The food was okay. Definitely not one of the better bowls I’ve had from Chipotle. I always get a bowl with chips on the side. The bowl was good, except the rice was dry. The most disappointing part of the meal were the chips! They were stale, overcooked, and didn’t have ANY seasoning on them.

Service is slow during peak. Aces weren’t in places. Lack of communication on the line so the flow of the order is very slow. The line was also gossiping about team issues instead of delivering the above and beyond service. This store seems to be far away from Chipotle’s restauranteur vision.

Don’t order here. First time I ordered a steak burrito bowl, half of the food was missing. Second time, I ordered a chicken quesadilla but didn’t get any of the sides I ordered. I believe if I try a third time, they’ll just give me an empty bag. And the employees attitudes shows that they hate their job and don’t wanna be there.

I prefer to order online, because it is in a busy location…..and they can never get an online order correct. It’s like you have one job….your job to read an order and then make that order per the order slip….just do that. Oh and they run out of ingredients like it is a busy location double and triple order your order truck….and have multiple order trucks delivery in that week.
