This was an absolutely horrifying unacceptable experience. I ordered some food for pickup, as I was leaving the store I noticed some things were missing, specifically guac which apparently they were “out of it” and no one informed me. Did they seriously think I’d just pay for a large guac and not notice? NOT only that, when I went back to ask the worker about it, she said they were out WHILE I witnessed she gave the guy ordering food in line “a special scoop of guac from the back”. So straight up LIE. On top of that, the chips were stale, my burrito was literally HALF the size of my hand, and when I questioned it, the worker claimed “that’s the regular serving,” which is flat-out false. I got a burrito here two weeks ago and it was bigger than my hand, which is what I normally receive.
Both my burrito and bowl had barely any chicken, even though I paid for chicken.
On top of everything I waited HALF AN HOUR for this less than disgusting “fast food”.
Overall, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. This issue is specifically with the night crew on Friday 1/30 at the 1512 Walnut Street location.

Ordered a bowl in the apparent app and received a bowl only 2/3 full(66%) of what was expected as anyone can clearly see. Shrinkflation, and employees not motivated to care is what’s most likely the issue. Shame on the manager that was supposedly there on November 3rd 2025 @ approx. 6:00PM.

I stopped going to this Chipotle because the workers are disgusting. I went to order the food in person and I got a bowl. My bowl contained carne asada, white rice, lettuce, corn salsa, pico de gallo, fajitas and especially SOUR CREAM. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that the worker charged me for QUESO. I obviously didn’t order that, so I showed him the receipt and he said I did order it. So i proceeded to give him my bowl to show him. If I order queso, it’s ALWAYS on the side, not on the bowl. Then, he opens the bowl and proceeds to use his finger with the gloves he had on where he touches money, and dig through the bowl. AND this man had the audacity to say I still ordered it. Are you kidding me?

Recently made an order for delivery from this Chipotle location for two burrito bowls and had a few issues. One of the bowls had fresh tomato salsa included when that was not asked for and it was missing romaine lettuce, green tomatillo salsa, tortilla, and fajita veggies. The other bowl was also missing fajita veggies.
On a positive note, the amount of meat included seemed to be more than usual, but for an establishment predicated on build-your-own order, the number of inaccuracies really added up and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Based on other reviews, you might be better served trying another location.

They messed up my order and then also messed up redo. I’m too tired to complain a second time.
I ordered a bowl with steak as the meat and half of both beans
I got 2 tiny pieces of chicken and no beans at all.
When I complained they said yes that’s what is on your receipt (the steak and beans) and I said but ITS NOT ON MY MEAL. She didn’t even look at the bowl I was trying to show her.
Anyway 2nd attempt didn’t have lettuce on it but whatever at this point. Only came to this one cuz my trusty one is closed for road work

Expensive, SKIMP ON PORTIONS, workers have stink face all the time and rude, cussing by workers in the background. I thought it’s just a one time thing but ever since summer I’ve gone repeatedly times and experience have been horrible. I didn’t get served with respect. Barely gave me food when I’m paying that much amount of money.
