I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Carl’s Jr. I ordered a hamburger and, to my horror, discovered that it was moldy after taking a few bites. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety and quality control. I expect much better from a well-known chain like Carl’s Jr. This experience has completely ruined my appetite and trust in this restaurant. I will not be returning and advise others to think twice before dining here.

I visited the Centerville Carl’s Junior restaurant today for breakfast. The service was great, MARIA IS SOOO WONDERFUL! The diningroom was very busy and it was amazing, watching MARIA keep all the orders correct and people happy and fed! The breakfast biscuit was delicious and better than Wendy’s or McDonald’s. The restaurant was sparkly clean. Even the restroom was spotless.
Great service; MARIA is a quick, friendly cashier…and is very nice. She really keeps the restaurant clean. This Carl’s Jr is a great place to eat with so many delicious hamburgers and breakfast items.

This location was very dirty. They also have the napkins secured behind the counter so cleaning ourselves was a giant hassle.
My Santa Fe chicken sandwich was hammered. It was stringy beyond belief.
Our fries were fresh and delicious.
No sauce was offered with our chicken tenders.

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a terrible meal! Terrible food! We’re not told about the small meal or that the kids meal was a dollar more than what was advertised if you got a soda other than milk. The kids meal toy was advertised as Jurassic park toy and we got a Bad Guys advertisement. Complete garbage!

Save yourself the trouble and go to Chick Fil A across the street. I went to this location today right before noon. Ordered my food and as I was paying with my card, the cashier brought out my drinks and set them on the counter. She told me the card transaction didn’t go through and asked me to try again. I tried again and then she said my card wasn’t working. I was confused as my card works just fine so I tried again. At this point she said the card reader had not been working all morning. I asked her if there was another reader and she simply said that there was another customer that left earlier because they too couldn’t pay.
I told her I didn’t have cash and that I guess that we weren’t going to be able to pay. She quickly removed the drinks from the counter, yelled to the cook to stop preparing our food and walked away to the car at the drive through window and asked them if they had cash.
I wasn’t expecting free food but why couldn’t the cashier told us the reader wasn’t working from the start? Lack of customer service as she just walked away. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have a working card reader or at least tell their customers before placing an order? Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. Reading from previous reviews I probably would have gotten moldy bread.

I do not in general love Carl’s junior food. We did come here soley for the play place. I ordered my kids, chicken stars and shakes. I ordered myself a number one. The lady that took my order was super kind and helpful. The fries were the best I’ve ever had from here.
The hamburger was drenched in mayo and mustard. I couldn’t hardly eat it.
Then my kids told me that they stepped in wet stuff not in one area of the play place but 2. My 11 said it smelled like pee. When I told the lady at the front she just seemed annoyed and then went back to looking on her phone. Me and my kids sat there another 20 mins and she still never seemed to care about the play area.

Carl’s Jr. has amazing french fries and good burgers. But to be fair the biggest reason I go there is there jungle for the kids. I can burn two hours really easy letting them run around there!
