Upon entering, rugs were stacked on benches and nearly every table in the dining room was dirty. When I went to place my order, the employee initially just stared at me. As I began ordering, they turned to their manager to point out a spill in the dining room. After that was communicated, I had to start my order again.

Once I ordered and paid, I found a relatively clean table and set my meal down. When I went to get cutlery and a drink, the station itself was also somewhat dirty, and there was no ice in the dispenser. By the time I returned to my bowl—about two minutes after paying—it was already cold. I did order a few cold salsas, but not enough to make the entire bowl taste like it had come straight out of the refrigerator.

The team was clearly short-staffed. While they weren’t particularly enthusiastic, they were polite. The store would benefit from hiring additional help, possibly even a dedicated dining room or dish team member, so the dining area can be properly maintained during busy times like the Saturday dinner rush.

This was not just a bad experience — it was disturbing.
I became sick after eating here.
The store was in complete disarray. Food was scattered across the floor, the serving area looked poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was alarming. For a place charging $15 per bowl, the condition of this restaurant was unacceptable.
Multiple employees were arguing behind the counter. At one point, staff were putting their hands on each other in what looked like physical horseplay. There was no sense of professionalism or urgency. One employee was actually working and trying to hold things together — the rest appeared disengaged and distracted.
The dining room atmosphere felt chaotic and unmanaged. There was zero visible leadership.
Corporate needs to immediately review the camera footage from 03/02/26 at 7:30 PM and after. What happened that night is not something customers should ever witness in a food establishment.
This location does not represent the Chipotle brand or the Springfield/Delco community well. Immediate intervention from upper management and health inspection authorities is necessary.

When walking in this establishment, me and my brother were met with multiple umbrellas blocking the doorway airlock. This was our first sign to turn around and exit. While ordering our food, the staff kindly gave us half of the normal protein portion and a double portion of rice. They were so kind as to not speak a single word to either of us. After receiving our food, we looked into the dining area for a spot to eat. Unfortunately, there was not a single seat that was cleaned off. Every table and part of the floor was either covered in others chewed up food remains or used napkins. Absolutely the worst chipotle experience me or my brother have ever had. Would NOT recommend, find another place to spend your money!

Disappointed. Ordered online via mobile app, ordered a lemonade and was given a glass bottle coke, ordered a quesadilla and was missing the vinaigrette on the side and the sour cream and rice was placed inside of the quesadilla in a burrito bowl container instead of on the side without any of the workers letting us know of the changes.

Felt the need to warn others that this location was a major letdown today. We ordered our food for pick up at 1:00 and got to the restaurant a few minutes early, when we picked it up the food was already cold meaning it was made too early and just left sitting out. The chips were dark brown with a burned taste so they were over cooked. It all sucked. We will have to try a different location in the future.

Drove all the way here and was told I can’t order in the store, online only. Why has Chipotle fallen so far? Only three people working? Staffing has been a constant issue at the several locations I’ve been to, not to mention this location was as messy as I’ve ever seen a chipotle, despite online ordering only. Won’t be back.

This place sucks! I don’t know if it’s all chipotle‘s but this one in Springfield on Beaumont Pike absolutely sucks. Don’t waste your time your gas your money don’t waste anything. They’re not busy and yet they rush you through the line. No one was there when I ordered my food and I was like well let me let me look and see what I want in my rice bowl hardly got any rice. No, hardly any chicken and it’s not inexpensive. If I’m paying for it, give it to me the place was a mess. the people were not friendly the bathroom don’t even get me started on the bathroom. They need new management new workers. This place should just burn to the ground. If it wasn’t for a Sunday I would’ve walked right over to Chick-fil-A.

This place is horrible. Two different orders back to back. I didn’t even complain Thursday night, decided not to after I figured it was an “off” night. Then tonight got basically the same. Half the toppings not on the bowls at all barely any rice. Tonight’s chips were so greasy they were rubber. Call Yosemite if you need good Mexican in Springfield.

We waited 45 mins for our food. There were only 2 people working during a prime busy time. On Saturday at 5:00 there should be more hands on deck to help out. There is no reason to wait that long for “fast food”.
