I drove 25 minutes to this location to pick up my online order, and drove home only to discover there are ants inside my food. I tried calling the restaurant with no answer several times, and I tried using their AI customer service through the app which was also zero help. So I paid $15 for a single bowl of food that I can’t even eat because there’s literally BUGS in it and no refund. I’ll definitely not be eating at this location anymore.

Twice in a row, left the drive through with half of what was ordered, missing multiple items paid for prior.”bowl” is missing half of what was ordered, once again. Quisadilla made improper with missing sides. Your staff was short, unpersonable, in a hurry with no line, and apparently paying no attention to simply reading a ticket. Do better bc you’re wasting people’s money, your job is pretty simple.

My husband decided to go and get Chipotle for take out. He got a wrap (burrito?) And he bought me home some sort of bowl with something that looks not only disgusting but smells like fowl. I won’t even be giving it to my dogs from how disgusting it looks and how bad it smells!

This is the first chipotle I have been to in a while that their food tasted GOOD. Props to the one guy making all of the food on 1/11 at 6:30 PM! Everyone else was pretty slow but I had a great experience because the food was not too salty and was really flavorful! Nice work cook!

I placed a delivery order, and called the store about a modification that the app did not let me place (double rice and beans). I asked the crew member, who immediately transfered me to the manager. The manager, Shay, was rude immediately when transferred, asking what do you want, before i could even speak of my request. After i requested my order to have double rice and beans, she refused instantly, stating that due to the large volume of orders, she could not fulfill this simple request. As someone who has personally worked in food service for over 5 years, this is quite insulting. I fully understand having delays and having to wait for my food, but simply writing a note is apparently too much. I can’t believe the rudeness and blatant disrespect from the manager Shay here.

I usually don’t review, but the experience I had was awful. I ordered on the app, and got there about 5 minutes early, and I was more than happy to wait. We told the person our name and she then talks to us like we’re children and starts berating us on how we were early. I paid 25 dollars for food, not to be berated about how I am five minutes early, she then comes back with the food and makes fun of my name and then laughs and walks away. I work in customer service and understand people have bad days. She was probably in college acting like a 12 year old. Will not be going back and would recommend not going if you want to be treated with any respect.

Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from my steak burrito bowl. It had guac, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and pinto beans as well. Been a pretty gnarly day! Hopefully you guys can do better in the future.

The service wasn’t good at all. The people working were kinda rude. I ordered half chicken and half steak and gave me the last little bit of crumbs at the bottom of the container. I asked if I could have more but the guy said he would have to charge me. The guy seemed really annoyed when working. I’d go to a different chipotle or just not go anymore
