We order two burritos, one has been half the size of the other the last two times. The one that was smaller was only a dollar less so they cost about the same there’s no reason for this. I like chipotle but this one sucks

I am not saying this is all the time but I believe she said her name was kinzie on 1/15 who was doing the take out orders around noon. You could tell she was swamped but every person that was waiting she made contact with asked there name I was there early and she made some light conversation she was so nice. You just do not find people like that really any more in that type of service chipotle should up grade her because she has the potential to do great things for there company

Usually good portions, favorite chipotle in the area, but maybe not anymore. They charge 4 dollars for extra chicken and he (employee not even wearing a uniform and instead a quarterzip) gave me less than a full extra spoonful! I come here for the good quality and good portions but that’s extremely disappointing. I feel ripped off and not sure if I’ll ever be back.

The boy who was doing the online orders on 12/18 around 6:30 did an amazing job and deserves a raise. He made my bowl perfectly (normally when I go here there’s like nothing in my bowl) and then I asked if they had salt packets and he went out of his way to pour me salt in a cup. Thank you!!

They staff ( Manager) not very friendly they ran out of chicken at 5 pm. Had to wait 20 mins then no lettuce . lots of customers walk out the portion were very small. The restaurant was not clean

All right this is for the people trying to save money. They might hate me for telling you this, but hey, I love this place but it’s wayyyyy too much money for one meal! So I get a bowl and two tortillas and I can make two burritos and two meals out of it. And that’s how I can justify eating there. But it really is freaking yummy. I love their food and I’m from the southwest where we have real Mexican food, but this comes close even if only for their meat and their tortillas. They could do better
on their sauces, but hey. Best tortillas

The staff was on point today! Cleanest food line I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle. Portions were generous, food was fresh and fully stoked and employees were super kind. I travel full-time and have been to numerous Chipotles around the country- this one really stood out. Great job and thank you!!

This place is disgusting. Every single table was dirty, we had to go ask someone to clean ours just so we could sit. He only cleaned our table even though they were all disgusting The music in the kitchen was so loud we could hardly hear the person taking our order. When I went to pay I was told they had no coins to give me back the correct change. If they want it to be cards only that should be displayed somewhere. There were no napkins or forks out and the drink area was so gross. All while a few kids were all standing by the register talking and clearly laughing at people coming in for their take out orders. Food mediocre at best. The management team here should be mortified by the way this place is ran. I will never ever be returning.

The workers are working in slow motion. There was NO MEAT, how do you have no meat when all of your food is based on the protein source. The worker asked me what I wanted & I said I’d like double chicken, he held the empty bowl up and said “do you see double chicken” then proceeded to yell out, we don’t have chicken, steak, or pork. They had literally no meat. Waste of time standing in line for 15 minutes just for them to be understaffed and working in slow motion. They were not even busy. This is my 3rd time at the location and I will not be visiting it again.
