Take a really good look at the photo attached below this is what you can expect when you order food from Chipotle on Chocolate Ave. in Hershey, Pa.
Since I ordered this online, I can’t speak for the service or ambiance however anyone with one bad eye can see what they deliver.
It was supposed to be a Sofritas bowl and this is literally how it looked when I took it out of the bag, I kid you not.
Chipotle, shame on you for this one.

my bowl was half full when i recieved it the chips were stale and the queso was solid not the normal creamy texture followed by the guac being warm and brown

Been eating at chipotle for over 15 years. Never have I seen such a shabby and filthy chipotle in those 15 years. Don’t believe me? Take a look at the pictures.
First, the food. It was six of us. Most of us got bowls. The brown rice was undercooked. The guacamole was literally pieces of unripe avocado in the bowl. When they were making our bowls, they were literally skimping on the ingredients. Trust the other reviewers. Who skimps out on lettuce?! We literally had only four pieces of lettuce in our bowls.
Now onto the filth. Again, take a look at the pictures. The soda station had lids, napkins, a used bowl and other items strewn all over. And can you blame the customer? Take a look at the trash cans in the pictures. They were filled beyond capacity, things spilling out. The tables were dirty as well with food on the floor, napkins on the floor.
Heed the advice of the other reviewers here. There are so many other nicer places… just go there, and save your money!

I was told to order online because their in person checkout was down. And I was fine with that, I ordered it online and when I got home and opened the bag I noticed that my one meal was completely wrong. It was missing my steak, beans, rice, veggies, and cheese. My lettuce was soggy and drowned in water so much so that my bowel was like a soup. And it was only 1/4 full!!! I waited patiently did not give anyone a hard time and I was served the completely wrong order and a gross one full of soggy lettuce water. I’ve had multiple problems with this chipotle in the past but to have the audacity to give someone this meal is pathetic!!!

We placed a mobile order well before closing time and when we arrived they had substituted EVERYTHING in our meals because they didn’t have food. For example, I ordered a rice bowl with steak and received a barbacoa bowl with just CHEESE. I did’t pay $17 for that. It seems they need to prepare better with staffing and food prep. We also weren’t the only party this happened to. What would happen if someone was allergic to an item they substituted without prior permission? Photos below of what we ordered VS what we received.

Really disappointed. Ordered for pickup in the parking lot and picked up within 5 minutes. Rice was barely cooked (crunched like captain crunch). Only had about 5 small pieces of chicken. Bowl wasnt even full. But 5 employees were standing out front hilling with all the time in the world. Bad look. Bad food. Be better.

we went in for my boyfriends birthday and they gave him a free drink. The staff was very nice and thanked us for giving them a chance. Didn’t skimp on portion size, and the food quality was better than some of locations at home in New Jersey. Store was clean and stocked with everything needed. The bathroom was very clean, so i would recommend giving them a shot.

We’re from out of town and looked for something fast that we knew would be good. Unfortunately, this wasn’t. Besides the terribly slow service and questionable level of cleanliness (the cashier was scratching up the back of his shirt with his hand and touched his nose before finally helping with the line – he did glove up, but not sure if he washed since he disappeared from view), they were out of everything – salads greens, black beans, fajita veggies. I’m really glad my local chipotle isn’t like this one!

I know your options are limited but do NOT come here – massive food safety issues. We were here for over an hour. Staff was horribly rude, Store was a mess, out of everything with zero communication. When they realized they were going to have to restock watched them cook raw food over a dirty grill then use raw bacteria coated utensils on cooked food to serve. When out of sour cream came and poured a new counter OVER an old one that was empty and had clearly been sitting. When I said something they were full blown belligerent. Staff is incompetent at best – manager was rude and walked off leaving our… I don’t even know what to call it – half orders? (Because we couldn’t get over half of what we wanted and what they did slip out was small portion old and cold or badly cooked). This was far and away the worst experience I have ever had. The whole experience was over an hour – still were out of so many items and were just plain rude – there were a few families ahead of us with crying children that were hungry waiting. This place is a nightmare and Chipotle as a whole should be ashamed and this store yanked. By far this is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen – do not eat here – my 8 year old son thinks this is the worst incident at Chipotle since the company started and he really tried to see the good.
