I did a mobile order online, picked up immediately, chicken was cold and I received ONE TACO. my order was for 3. This isn’t the first time my mobile orders have been missing something from this store. it’s quite literally THE WORST.

By far the WORST Chipotle in Erie.
Last week I ordered a bowl and the rice was so undercooked it was literally crunchy. After two bites, I threw the entire thing away. Total waste of money.
Against my better judgment, I gave this location another chance today with a friend. We walked in over an hour before closing and somehow they had no rice and no meat left. When I asked if they were going to make more chicken and rice, the employee told me to “look at the kitchen.”
I reminded him they still had an hour left and asked if he could make more food. He flat-out said no because “the grill is already clean.”
There is absolutely no excuse for being completely out of food that early and then refusing to make more while giving customers an attitude. If you don’t want to serve people, close early — don’t keep the doors open and act annoyed when customers expect actual food.
This place is a joke. Avoid it.

I will say I thought they had a little more toppings but overall the food was good. The people were great and answered the questions I ask with respect I appreciate all of you that work including that day as well. My daughter son and I got food spent $42 roughly thanks again.

This place is trash!! Nothing was clean, we got 2 veggies bowl but strangely we didn’t get any veggies on the bowl and also no black beans which is fine too. We asked for tofu, guacamole and chips they charged me $31.90 for 2 bowls? We checked the bag and they didn’t put the chips on and when we asked for chips they said I already charged you. They never asked for receipt either. The lady who made our bowls she apologized for black beans which is acceptable! When we done with the food their “GM”came to us and asked for how was the food and we told her the scenario and instead of apologizing she were making excuses like I can’t go to get the veggies and black beans right now, is it the way to behave like a GM? First of all you should train yourself!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

As a former chipotle worker, I can assure you how terrible this place is. They treat their employees terribly, working them overtime and moving hours to avoid paying us time and a half, they work minors up to 14 hour shifts, and their “managers” clock in then proceed to leave the building to smoke outside you’ll almost always see someone smoking out the back door. On top of this a manger there has a fraudulent serve safe certification. This store is disgusting, I’ve seen co workers just mix the hair into the sour cream so it’s not visible, untrained grillers serving uncooked chicken and having to put it back on the grill after it’s reached someone’s entree. A friend and I went in for food afterwards and I was harassed and threatened by my former manager, even followed after i was done ordering my food. other customers saw this incident and made comments about the managers aggression. i can say firsthand how poorly operated this place is and how terribly they treat both their customers and employees. i would never eat here or recommend it to anyone because of the ignorant workers there.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. Waiting in line wasn’t an issue, but when it was our turn, the service really fell short. The two employees preparing our food spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand them, and there was little effort to engage or communicate. I even asked one how her day was, and she didn’t respond, which made things feel awkward. Overall, the process was unorganized, and the interaction came across as unfriendly. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt this visit was worth mentioning.

You really can’t beat this Chipotle, they were super generous with all the toppings! The meat was perfectly cooked, and the staff was super sweet! We’re so glad we stopped by here, and we took the food to the beach! Where we had a scrumptious picnic by Lake Erie! Honestly can’t recommend this stop enough They did a great job and it was delicious!

This was the worst location I have ever been to. Every single table and floor surface was filthy. I preordered at 8:15pm for a pick up time at 8:40pm. We waited more than an hour for our food.

Never have fresh meat, always out of peppers/onions.
Also gave me the wrong order in my mobile order (my name and order on outside bag sticker- but inside contents with another name/different order inside) had to drive back to get my correct order, and they didnt even remake my food for me. Ended up spitting out half of my steak used for the burrito because it was entirely fat. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Overall rude staff and dirty environment
