Whem we arrived there was a line and the dinning room was freezing. The heat is also not working, there is at least a sign. Once we got to the counter they were out of cheese, lettuce, and queso (those were just the items we asked about). The othet toppings looked scarce as well. We asked since we could not get lettuce or cheese with are burritos if the would discount them. They responded, “No”. When getting our drinks they were out of ice, and all juice. The the dinning room was filthy. The trash was over flowing and table were not cleaned, we just left.

Dining room was filthy, all tables dirty, garbage overflowing, drink station looked like a dump, no ice, no fresh drinks/lemonade, no napkins.
Had to wait for steak, then they skimped on the rice because it was almost out, NO QUESO, AND NO CHRESE, peppers and onions was basically all onions, no lettuce.
And it was freezing cold.

Just ordered online, you guys consistently forget things, whether it be in person, but especially online orders. I order 2 bags of chips and got one, which only had like 10 chips in it with a large queso lol, because most of them were crushed up. Also the difference in size of the burrito for an online order is ridiculous, tiny little burrito with hardly any meat on it. Yall gotta work on it, because I’m not spending 30$ + for that again, it’s not that hard to get an order right.

I’ve had it with being gaslit by Chipotle leadership that the portion sizes have not changed; they most certainly have. I swore off Chipotle after a horrendous experience at the Monroeville location with cleanliness/service as well as every location I’ve visited over the past ~2 years clearly skimping on portion sizes, but thought I’d give this location a chance since I work nearby and this is a very convenient lunch option. So I really wanted to like this experience, but I’m sad to say I was again disappointed with a pathetic portion of chicken in my bowl. When I asked the worker if that really was the standard size they said it was, but fortunately gave me a larger portion free of charge. This location was also reasonably clean. This is the only reason I’m not giving one star. And I truly am sad about this…Chipotle used to be my go-to but now it’s almost unrecognizable from the brand I used to patronize sometimes multiple times a week in the past. I was a regular loyal customer for over 10 years, but every experience I’ve had in the last couple of years have all had significantly smaller portion sizes. You can’t trust ordering from the app since they’ll either mess it up or not even bother to start preparing it until you show up. So you have to go inside to a usually disturbingly unclean restaurant and awkwardly guilt the worker into giving you a reasonable portion of food, still less than the past expectation and now much more expensive.

I’m embarrassed that this chipotle can remain in business in my community. No one, I mean no one should accept the poor conditions that are found at this location on any given today. Overflowing trash, food rotting on the counter tops and no consideration for what customer service is.

Just want to let Chipotle know that I will never return to another Chipotle store ever. I went in to the murrysville pa store tonight, about 4:40pm and I felt slighted by your employee who served me what seemed like half portions. I saw that after everything was in my to go bowl, the carne asada bowl didnt even reach the middle of the top of the bowl and after seeing the customer’s bowls, overflowing in front of me I walked out. There is no consistency in the portions and Im not about to pay $16 for half of what the previous customers got in their bowls. So, I won’t be back to that store nor any other. You’ve lost a customer for good. And the guy that came.running out, yelling, sir, sir…train your people better.

workers were stingy with the portions. Saw a lot of smoking in the kitchen. It is unsanitary. The guy with the beard presented great hospitality and helped sort out the less experienced employees. He greatly improved my experience here

The last 2 takeout orders have been really bad – tonight they way undercooked the rice (both the brown and white) and it was super crunchy. This used to be our go-to spot for a convenient meal but they have gone way down hill lately

The seating area was filthy. We had to wipe off our own table to sit in the restaurant to eat. The chips they charge me for were stale and rubbery. I went up to the front to ask for different ones and they said they’re all the same and our fryers are off so you won’t get anymore. Instead of selling and serving stale rubbery chips they should’ve just said they didn’t have any available. There was one guy up. The front was super nice, but the other others all seem to be just standing around.
