Slowest service in America. How could the person doing the cash register also make the meals? This is ridiculous. Any management around?

Employee was very disrespectful when I asked him to check if my pickup order was prepared (which it said it was in the app).
He then proceeded to ask me to pay him 100 dollars as part of a “bet” for if the food was prepared or not.
Extremely unprofessional and as a regular chipotle customer I will not be returning to this location due to this incident.
Lastly when I did receive my order it was prepared incorrectly with the wrong ingredients.
An all around horrible experience.

The young black lady that work there was very rude and disrespectful because her co workers didn’t have food ready and being rude to customers because people didn’t want the food because they didn’t let the customer know they was out of certain product. The food looked old and it was a 30plus minute wait time as well.The other staff was ok but I know a lot of people, and deal with a lot of people and never seen something like this. This chipotle has to do better and will lose a loyal customer(s).

i was just recently at this chipotle, not even a full hour ago and i had ordered a bowl in person. when i got to the toppings this tall white male worker with an awful mustache and not much hair was the one doing them (had to explain what he looked like as i didn’t see his name). he put my toppings on and i had POLITELY ASKED if i could get a tortilla on the side (i had forgotten to ask earlier). this man then proceeds to yell at me saying something along the lines of “well you should have asked at the beginning of your order huh???” (loud as hell). then i kinda laughed and was like oh sorry because what else am i to do?? this man just yelled in my face in front of maybe 3 other people for literally no reason. mind you there was ONE CUSTOMER behind me, that’s all. so it’s not like this chipolte was packed out the ass with people. it takes maybe 30 seconds to walk 10ft and put a tortilla in that warmer and bring it back. didn’t know it was such a crime to not ask at the beginning, sue me cause i forgot. also didn’t know it was normalized to yell at your customers in the most demeaning way possible the guy who was working the register was super nice though. but tall man with the god awful mustache was the rudest worker i’ve ever come across. maybe try not being lazy for 10 seconds at your job huh???? is what i should’ve said back. anyways worst experience in that place and trust i’ve had many bad ones, this one just takes the top. i’d maybe understand if it was busy and there swamped but it was me and one other guy in there… maybe he gets off on yelling at girls… i wouldn’t know ♀️

I ordered a double chicken bowl, half and half pinto and black beans, white rice, lettuce, cheese, fajita vegetables, and two salsas. Took 45 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup and after getting my bag back to the office I find out that the bowl was ONLY white rice, chicken and steak. After two botched meals in as many days I definitely will be taking a break from Chipotle until things get sorted out.

We placed an order to go here on Aug 2, 2025. The food portions were extremely stingy— for example, in the cheese compartment you can literally count the strands of cheese and easily see the bottom; it’s probably only 1/8 of the way filled. In addition, they didn’t include our bags of chips with the order (we didn’t have time to go back once we got it).
So overall: Order was incorrect, and the portions were excessively small.

Everytime I go to this chipotle there’s always something wrong or missing. This shouldn’t be normal, but as a college student I just got used to it. But what happened today was inexcusable. I’m trying to order my burrito, and the worker has an airpod in. If she can hear me, no problem. She couldn’t, and I had to repeat “WHITE RICE PLEASE” 6 TIMES. “BLACK BEANS PLEASE” 3 TIMES. She just keeps asking me “huh” after “huh” because she couldn’t hear me. I have a reasonably strong voice. As I’m leaving, she has her head down like she’s taking a nap or something with her hair near the food. Fire her.

AUTHENTIC PITTSBURGH ETHNIC CUISINE! my only recommendation is that maybe you could have a chipotle fastpass where monthly subscribers get to enter an express lane that gets served before other customers? i know i would love to flex my chipotle fastpass to others and i usually feel sooo guilty cutting the line to get served earlier!

Came here probably 5 times over a 3-week period. Every single time their refresher drinks were empty and nobody ever refilled them. I ordered a tea and they charged me for it only to walk over and realize everything was empty and the containers were taken apart. Thankfully they refunded me for it.

Ordered pickup. Bag was a mess (sauce spilled everywhere). Seal wasn’t even place on the bag properly. Portions were ridiculous (asked for extra lettuce and got 5 pieces total) and on top of that, my husband and I got food poisoning.
