Just visited here and everything was excellent. The employee who took my order was very friendly and the service was great. Food was fresh and the place was very clean. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other chipotles around Pittsburgh!

Terrible service to be blunt! Customer service was none existent, literally the staff were like rude robots, no smiles. I actually wanted chips and a drink to go along with my terrible portion sized bowl, but their attitudes were so off putting I didn’t. The staff were talking about customers and loudly. Chipotle reputation on social media is very much real and honest. This specific location if by far the worst ever!

The Bridgeville Chipotle is an absolute disaster. Walked in on a Monday night (supposedly slow) and it looked like a store that gave up on itself, empty food pans, overflowing trash, nothing stocked, and total chaos behind the line.
My wife made a very simple request: guacamole before lettuce. Instead of listening, the employee ignored her repeatedly, then had the nerve to ask why she was being “aggressive” and if she was going to report him. All over toppings. Headphones in, attitude on full blast.
Management somehow made it worse. Bonnie Miller and multiple employees swarmed the situation, escalated it, and another manager even threw out a completely baseless racial accusation. Voices were raised only after we were spoken to disrespectfully.
We were kicked out without food despite being ready to pay. This place isn’t “busy” it’s poorly run. If this is Chipotle’s standard now, Bridgeville is rock bottom. Go anywhere else

This has been an ongoing problem with this location. I ordered rice, double chicken, cheese, salsa, and gauc just to get this…. I’ve gone back in several times and they do re make my order but the lack of basic customer service is shocking. This staff can’t even give you a simple please or thank you let alone a smile or friendly gesture. From my experience, the problem stems from management. DO BETTER!

I walk in at 3PM on a Tuesday…. Place is a ghost town with 3 people sitting down and eating and one person dealing with a wrong order. The worker doesn’t acknowledge me til I’m standing waiting for food for 2-3 minutes. Then shuffles over to start speaking as fast as she possibly can to prepare my food… she throws the wrong rice in my bowl but I don’t even have a second to process because she’s 3 questions ahead of it. The smallest portions I’ve ever seen in a bowl. The cheese takes up triple the space the chicken does. Overall just terrible atmosphere and service with the place looking terrible and not clean.

There was no one in line and only one person dining area, the place was a wreck and stayed that way for the 40 minutes we were there. When we ordered our food it was completed quickly and correctly. However checking out took approximately 5 minutes or more while 2 employees argued about to go orders and no one checking us out. Our food was sitting near the register and the counter had food and lettuce all over not cleaned up. It was never cleaned the whole time we were there. They had employees just standing around and talking. Once we checked we looked for a table they were all dirty and soda area was dirty out of napkins. While eating very few customers and no one cleaning just hanging out including the lady who was probably the manager. I also witnessed an employee sharpening a knife over steak she was going to cut and never wiped the knife off. Just started cutting the meat. Sure hope there were not any shards of metal in the food.

A stop for lunch in bridgeville and tasted the new Honey chipotle chicken and it was just simply too sweet and no heat. So I opted for the one I always get which is the barbacoa. All of the locations should stuff my taco as much as she did this one. It had a lot of flavor and it was a hard shell topped with fajita veggies sour cream cheese and lettuce. How many years ago my son worked there and told him then they need to bring on shrimp option and still to this day do not for some reason. They would gain a whole new realm of clientele.

Tried ordering a vegan burrito bowl. My bowl came with a piece of steak mixed in with the fajitas peppers and cheese in the guacamole. I couldn’t eat it and it’s impossible to get your money back through customer service. Chipotle is so hit or miss depending on the location and this location is just not it. I empathize with the teens and young adults working there but there’s little to no supervision for food quality and that’s not necessarily on them but management.

Worst chipotle that I even been to. Workers are talking amongst themselves while there is a huge line, looking at the line and simply walking away. They are so many empty food containers and not replacing them. Said they were out of chicken, sour cream, pico, white rice and they do not have anymore and they are not making anymore. They are selling 1/2 portions and charging full price, saying Last time I came here they were serving in small containers, not the regular bowls, and still charging full price for half of the food. Tables and workspaces are not clean with no available drinks. I normally love chipotle, but this is simply unacceptable….do better.

Upsetting experience. The employee incorrectly heard what I asked for and when I politely asked if he could remake it I got an attitude and he talked about me in front of another employee like I wasn’t even there. When it was remade I got half of scoop of chicken and a half a scoop of rice. I opened my takeout container this is the portion I got. I probably won’t come back here and would rather drive to another chipotle where the staff are a lot friendlier.
