Don’t order online.
They really cheap out on portions. I’ve ordered and waited in line. I paid for extra and asked for extra meat and rice and I barely got any rice or any meat. Just go in and wait in line. It’s not even worth it to order online or via uber. They screed up my order multiple times.

ordered a pickup order for over $200 for my company’s lunch so we could celebrate a new hire and every single order was wrong. not even small things but orders that were labeled chicken came with barbacoa, orders that came with sour cream had none and those that didn’t want any dairy had both cheese and sour cream all over it. we double checked our receipt and everything was ordered correctly, the staff apparently just couldn’t read it. very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have gotten a single bowl out of 12 orders correct. we also had hot salsa on orders for people that can’t handle spice and we were missing 2 sides of guacamole and a queso. i even used to work at chipotle in high school; i know it’s not that hard to make a bowl.

Great food, super friendly and helpful staff. The times I’ve been there, there has been a bit of a wait – five people in the queue, it goes down, and then builds back up. But the staff does a great job of keeping all the food – refried beans, corn salsa, etc. — fresh and available. Parking and getting into the lot from Mt. Hope Northbound is not that easy, but not bad.

Terrible service walked in to try to purchase food door sale open at 10:45 and vinyl lettering on door door did not open till 40 minutes later. Staff just looked no one unlocked highly not recommended not friendly staff terrible portions. We’ll go somewhere else.

I love this location it’s clean and very convenient. Love the staff they will help you build your bowl. If you’re unsure of how something tastes they’ll let you try it or they will explain the best way they can to help you build your bowl but overall my experience was good. The prices are very reasonable And you can’t go wrong with chipotle.

I went around 4pm. And the woman Attitude sucks.They didn’t seem like they wanted to be at work. You signed up for this job to deal with customers all day.I’m a nice person, haven a nasty attitude was not called for. Then when I ask, can I get my receipt?I got more of a nasty attitude.i will not return to this location. Oh yeah, If you need to sit down , you can hang that up area is always dirty.

This location is unbelievably poorly run at all levels.
1. This location is constantly understaffed at all stations. You will routinely walk in with a long line, a single person running the entire food line AND register. And a single person running the back food prep area.
2. This location is constantly out of food. The owners and managers need to sort out their data to get an idea of how much food is needed. You can show up at 6PM and still be completely out of vegetables and meat.
3. The staff cannot reliably put Togo orders on the outer shelf, so you are left guessing whether your order is ready.
I personally only come to this location because it is close. I now will go to different locations.

I was not greeted by the employes for 5 min then asked if im ordering when the employee who was cleaning finally decided to come over. The person who prepared my food was cleaning and then proceded to rinse her hands slightly with water for not even a second then used hand sanitizer after. That’s not how you properly clean your hands in a food environment. She wore gloves after while her hands were still wet which was intresting to see and disgusting. Both, the girls who made the food and the girl who cashed me out had an attitude (what did i do i just got here ). The cashier handed me the food and did not open my beer but just handed it to me. I dont have a beer opener! When I asked her to open the beer she rolled her eyes and proceeded to open it slowly. The attitude towards me for asking to open my beer (do their job) is very unprofessional. The rice was hard and not fully cooked. I dont care about leaving reviews for a fast food place but train your employees better and please go over proper hand washing.
