I do a lot of traveling throughout New York sate for work and have frequented many different Chipotle locations over the years. However, this location truly is a standout and has the best customer service I have experienced to date at any Chipotle I’ve been to. The staff is always incredibly friendly and happy to help out with whatever they can, in particular, one employee named Xin always provides unparalleled customer service. The quality of the food is always consistent and delicious and the restaurant itself is always well kept and clean. If you are stopping through Canandaigua and are a fan of chipotle I highly recommend checking out this location, I give it five stars!

Could eat chipotle on a daily basis. Most locations have amazing service and the best food. Would suggest getting there before the lunch, rush, though, as you often have to stand in line for a while due to the crowds of people.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month for 2 years. I used to say how this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Always fast, delicious and good portions. Was the only chipotle I ever felt comfortable preferring through the app and not worry about getting skimped. Not anymore. 3 times in the past 6 weeks I’ve been completely skimped on mobile orders. Not sure what changed but it’s a shame. This place has really gone downhill in the past few months.

This locations seems to be really declining in service and food. 3 times now in the past 4 months they have been out of peppers and onions but I am sorry if you are vegetarian that really does not leave much left to make your bowl since I do not eat the sofritos. I usually make a point to go in and order my bowl because using the app and drive through leaves too much room for error since things are always missing or messed up. Well my last order really was absolutely ridiculous and I would have been embarrassed to have someone pick that up. It was missing peppers, onions and pinto beans. The whole bowl weighed 11 oz I literally had to weigh it because I was in shock that there was barely any food in there and I was charged full price. Good luck trying to call and get a refund because no one answers the phone, sent an email heard nothing back. The online app offered a free drink but I do not drink soda or anything else they offer, my money back or a free meal would have been the right thing to do. From now on I will always make sure to go in and order or head to another location because this one sure is a disappointment.

I ordered online for takeout. Tried the new smoked beef brisket bowl. The order was filled, bagged, and put on the pick-up rack in less than 10 minutes. Speedy service. Food tasted really good, but it was hard to find beef brisket in it. The way the food/bowl was put together made it look very unappealing. Poor presentation… but the taste was good. Recommended… but where’s the beef?

This place used to be good. Everytime I go the portions get smaller or they have someone new that must get bonuses for giving out less food this is a 13$ bowl and after I asked two people why it’s so small this time they didn’t want to look at me in the eyes. Very standoffish, ran by kids maybe one person over 18. See photo included. Very dirty dining area as well nothing will get cleaned or wiped down between customers. Lacks proper management.

This is by far the filthiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The customer service wasn’t great. I wasn’t very happy with paying full price for scraps of steak scraped out of the bottom of the pan. Not sure I’d stop at this location again.

Food counter and back prep tables all had so much food all over them. No one was bothering to wipe down any surface. Food was mixed in the wrong containers due to sloppyness.
I got the carne asada bowl and it had chunks of fat as well as carne asada in it. Would be nice if when prepping they could cut this off. Made it really unappealing.

Canandaigua Chipotle. Out of forks, out of napkins, out of a few drinks, out of fajitas (peppers and onions always), unkempt dining area and garbage overflowing. All at 530pm and not busy; we walked right in to order. So no excuse. Gotta do way better please.

We love Chipotle, but this particular one is the worst we’ve attended. It’s closest to home and we’ve watched it go downhill. They have consistently not had unsweetened iced tea. At our last visit, most of the lemonades weren’t going. The cilantro lime rice didn’t have cilantro lime because they “ran out.”. They didn’t provide baskets for the dine in burritos, and we had to ask for a tray. Trash was overflowing, but they were keeping burrito bowls over the trash as lids. It seems most times we go to this location there’s a problem.
