As always, Chipotle is great for a quick, tasty and filling meal. I will say, however, that the service industry is going to the dogs. The lady that makes the burritos/ bowls was downright boorish. They do have outdoor seating so it was nice to sit outside and eat because the weather was pleasant that day. Try their new spicy chicken bowl.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the staff offer excellent service and the food is delish, and other times it’s a zoo post Hurricane Katrina. Usually during the weekday things are on point. The drink station is fully stocked etc. In the evenings it can be dirty with no drinks.

I love the food in this restaurant, especially the burritos are worth every penny. You should definitely try the bowl, if you want the maximum value for your money. The ambience of the restaurant is okay, and definitely could’ve been better. The staff is friendly and customer experience is just like any other fast food restaurant.

Very Bad Customer Service . I went to the store like 10min before closing and none of the staff bothered to respond neither serve food . We were 5 people waiting for the food .So as we got no response we started leaving and next second they came out from back and locked the restaurant. Very disappointing .

Foods always good here and they take allergies seriously n never complain when I ask them to change gloves. They do it and happily make sure my food is allergy free! The place could be cleaner not enough staff to wipe the tables down but still recommend it

As far as cleanliness in the dining area is concerned, I was concerned. Not impressed at all. Not filthy but pretty messy and dirty. Drinks from cooler (beer, izze, soda etc.) Were about 50°, barely above room temp. I asked for one from further back in the cooler thinking maybe they just restocked it, no difference. The food was on point though no complaints there.
