The service at this location has consistently gone down over the last five years that I have been coming here. My last takeout order was missing multiple ingredients—including guacamole, which I paid extra for.

This most recent visit, I went in myself because I have found that I cannot trust the takeout order system. This time they were out of nearly all ingredients with 5 1/2 hours till closing time. There was no rice and they were out of all meats (except carnitas). They also were out of mild sauce and cheese—yes, even cheese!

When the girl serving customers up front asked the cook staff in the back if they were working on more meat, rice or beans, they shrugged their shoulders and rolled their eyes at her and went back to talking. She ended up going to the back and getting more ingredients herself—only able to return with beans—as a line (to the door) of customers stood waiting to be told there was nothing there to order. I felt bad for her since she was the only one actually doing anything.

This store is consistently running out of ingredients, but this most recent visit was quite possibly the worst one yet.

The prices have gone up while quality and service has taken a steep nosedive lately.

This location is not the best Chipotle location. To no fault of the staff they always seem short. So the dine in line tends to be long a take a while. When it comes to delivery or takeout, it’s a total crapshoot. Mostly crapshoot. You’ll get a ton of rice and barely any protein you requested. We have tried to give this location a try after try after try. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Excellent and Efficient customer service.

I stopped here with a group of 25 people on the way home from a field trip. The staff kicked it into high gear and cranked out our order quickly. A handful of our group had never been to Chipotle, but the staff friendly and helpful. Thank you to whoever was on that shift last night!

I ordered my food for pickup at 4:10 PM and didn’t receive it until 4:30 PM, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. My name was stapled on the outside of the bag, but when I got home I realized the food inside was someone else’s order. Unfortunately it was something I couldn’t eat, so the entire meal ended up going in the trash. Really frustrating experience and disappointing, especially when ordering ahead is supposed to save time.

This isn’t my first bad experience experience at this location. Unfortunately service has gone downhill over the past couple years.

I ordered a bowl tonight and this is what I ended up with. I’ve been to most Chipotle locations in the Capital Region and the quality has seriously gone downhill. It’s getting ridiculous — and the management at these stores is just as bad, letting standards slide more and more every time.

Ordered double chicken (8 ounces) and I received 3 ounces. That cost me $5.80 extra and got less than the standard. First time I’ve ever weighed the protein on my bowl, wonder how many times this has happened. Didn’t receive the tortilla I paid for on the side. Ordered extra rice, extra black beans, does this look like extra anything?

Today 6:11-6:27 1/19/2026, i entered chipotle for my lunch, (This is not the first time i’ve came here for lunch) I work at t-mobile across the street and have a 30 minute lunch break. This is now the 4th time that i have came to this location and the workers are SO UNPREPARED. I have diabetes and i really needed to fulfill that and get my level back up the normal rate they’re supposed to be. (this is important because what if someone else has this issue + someone like me who is on their lunch break) i WAITED in that line for 15 minutes, and only ONE person is making the orders for the customers while someone else is standing at the POS system and everyone in the back is like standing there basically doing nothing. ( I WATCHED) Keep in mind i just said i WAITED IN LINE for 15 minutes, and by the time that i was able to go up and say my order next, they had NOTHING i wanted. This location is a PRIME location and is very busy, i’ve gone in multiple times at different times and their line is ALWAYS to the door, you would think that when they would be refilling and remaking the meat that is being sold quickly, but they are SO BEHIND. They had no carne, the customer before me got the last of the chicken and the worker even told him, are you sure you want this it’s a small portion and he said okay but still, LITERALLY 6 tiny pieces of steak left that looked DRY like it’s been sitting, and then pasty had a full tub of pork, which like many others don’t eat pork because of religious reasons. I WASTED MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK AT THIS LOCATION. 20 MINUTES I WAITED TO BE LET DOWN. —————— what i’m upset about and mad about is THEY KNOW how busy they get, THEY KNOW the line goes to the door, and THEY STILL ARE SO UNPREPARED. You would think they would have two people making orders for the customers instead of letting them wait so long that they walk out the door. you would THINK they have more people scheduled or atleast have the meat that is completely empty, prepared and atleast being cut or anything but they said it would be LONGER WAIT THEN THE TIME I WAS ALREADY IN THERE FOR THEM TO CUT THE MEAT AND TAKE IT OFF THE GRILL CAUSE IT WASNT EVEN DONE COOKING YET! That is unfair to me and the LONG LINE of customers who wanted carne, steak or chicken, THE TOP THREE! and they didn’t have it. i’m so upset i cried on my way back because i was depending on chipotle and they let me down.

Most likely our recent experience is the last time we will order from this location. Take out order-food that literally looked like it had been thrown against the wall before it was put into the bag, puny portions, ie a burrito bowl that wasn’t half filled, virtually no meat, was suppose to be carnitas, mostly beans and not much else of what was ordered…..tacos that were suppose to be barbocoa beef had no meat and mostly rice with a couple other added ingredients. For $47 the quality and quantity of this order was ridiculous. Do better Chipotle!

This is genuinely the most frustrating chipotle. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have yet to make a review. Aside from the (albeit, young) girl being extremely rude to my face, they told me my pickup order was late because they were waiting on sour cream. We got home and the both orders were missing sour cream, we had the wrong meat, and one was missing veggies. ????

Ordered takeout only to throw away uneaten when I returned home. The store was filthy. The server dragged my burrito through old sour cream sitting on the serving station. I should have walked out before ordering. Everything about this location was a disaster.
