This location has become a mess in every sense.
Any time I’ve been in over the last year the garbages are both overflowing, food on the tables and floors.
In addition to that pickup orders are a mess or missing something 100% of the time. Not sure why we went back the times that we did. Paid for chips and queso….no queso…. Side of sauce…no sauce. Quesadillas are a mess.
This is just picking it up out of the container. Frustrating to get him to after paying almost $40 and driving 20 minutes each way.

Ordered our food at 6:55, was told would be ready at 7:20. Arrived at 7:20 and order wasn’t ready. Was then told chicken had to be cooked for all the orders. Waited 20 minutes, it was now 7:40 and orders started coming out. I then asked if they had my order and was told it would be a little while til my order would be ready. I then asked to have my order cancelled and be given a refund. I was then told that I couldn’t be given a refund in the store I had to cancel my order online because I ordered on the website. When I then asked for guidance on how to cancel my order, I was given no help. The manager then told me she would make my order immediately and rushed the order. When I got home both of my kids quesadillas were not cooked, our chips were smashed into crumbs, and overall food tasted terrible. I’ve contacted Chipotle about my experience and asked for a refund and was offered a free soda. Should have read the reviews before we placed our order. Will never order Chipotle again.

This chipotle location is a complete mess. I do an online order. I almost never get utensils or napkins put in it every time I’ve gone inside. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t talk to you when you’re waiting for an online order pick up. It takes them forever to be attentive. There’s constantly food and trash overflowing the garbage , the tables are always dirty. It’s just under such bad management, I’m assuming they really need to step up their game and hire people with common sense. I’d much rather make the trip down the road to the chipotle by Chick-fil-A, then waste my time going to this one with the terrible customer service and a terrible atmosphere.

Absolutely disgusting. Walked into this location and there was garage everywhere – all over the floor, all over the tables and all over the utensils area. One chair was even covered in lettuce. To make it worse, one employee took off her gloves and threw them near the garbage – not in it. She saw she kissed the garbage, and didn’t even care. Another employee then stepped on the gloves not realizing and dragged them around the floor. Will NEVER come back to this location. Appalling.

I’ve had bad experiences before at this location. But I figured I try again because it was convenient. It wasn’t late it was only 630 pm. The portions they try to give were very skimpy. The queso was burnt and clumpy. The chicken looked under cooked. The service was rude and slow. I walked out . The above review was from months ago.stupidly I gave them another shot. What a fool I am. A Monday at 8pm. 1 other customer. Completely ignored by staff. Food on flat areas between bins, nothing looked fresh or clean. After 8 minutes of being ignored even tho employees looked directly at me, I walked out. Its now official, I will NEVER go to Chipotle again, even other locations. Your prices, quality and service SUCK

I ordered a bowl with half chicken and half carne asada. The worker put 2-3 small strips of the steak and about 5-6 pieces of chicken. I asked for more and the worker looked at the employee at the cash register and rolled her eyes and reluctantly added more. After, when I asked for a side of queso, they rung it up for the wrong portion and when we asked about it, they said that’s normal and it’s the cost “before tax”. The queso had a very distinct flavor and didn’t taste the same. Lastly, when we asked for a small bag of chips, the worker said, “we’re out”. There were tons of large bags around but they weren’t able to make a small bag? I payed over $17.00 for a mediocre meal and a strong attitude from the staff. Don’t come to this location.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but I honestly have no clue what is going on with this location. This is the third time I’ve gone in the last couple months and my food is literally freezing cold when I get home. I live 1.5 minutes away… is your food hot at all anymore?? I asked for fajita veggies in my bowl and was getting the VERY bottom of the barrel there to the point I had to ask you don’t have any fresh? I’m paying for this food I don’t want bottom scraps from the bin. It wasn’t even busy- where’s the manager? Why are the food bins not being refilled in a timely manner. Makes zero sense. To top it off, no straws for my drink. How do you not have straws?! This location needs some serious help.
