I ordered a bowl with meat, tofu, lettuce, corn, and guacamole, which cost me almost $20. The guy who served me the meat acted like he didn’t want to give any and only put a tiny amount on my bowl, yet I was still charged for extra meat. I honestly don’t understand how the amount of meat shown in the picture is worth over $20. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Don’t come here.

1 star is generous I walked in they were locked when they were supposed to open 5 min ago. I asked for chicken and he takes a spoon and shakes off most of it then pours it in and I’m like really? Then I say you know what give me double and he does the same thing and I’m like this is ridiculous I used to work at chipotle i don’t know why they defend these portions with their life. Disgusting, unsanitary, and overall repulsive, I have never been to this Chipotle before until today and placed an order on the Chipotle App, and upon arrival, boy, did I make a bad decision. Upon arrival, the to-go station was a mess, there was a Spanish dude standing next to the register on his blue iPhone despite customers walking up to the counter.
This was not the worst part, the station where the sodas and utensils were filthy, trash on the floor, and then in the seating area, trash was everywhere, on the tables, on the floor, and a few employees walked by and looked at it and did not take the time to clean this up. This is extremely unsanitary and a Department of Health Food and Safety violation.
Yeah, they also put black beans in my order when it clearly said pinto beans. Like, do they not know the difference between pinto beans and black beans? The level of incompetence is unfathomable.

Someone in this Chipotle needs to quit and become a DJ. I’ve been coming here for years and the playlist is always unreasonably good. Taste.
Speaking of taste the food is a little better than other Chipotles in the area, so that’s a nice bonus, but mostly I’m here for the music.

I Ordered the high protein bowl from here on grubhub for a total of $18 for the food only. I paid extra for more chicken and they didn’t even give me the normal amount, they put less chicken in the bowl. Also, the food under all the lettuce was very small. I really don’t know what’s going on with these chipotle restaurants. Make sure to order in person where you can see them.

This location have to be one of the worst chipotle. I visit this location yesterday around 9 pm had about 8 people infront of me & 6 works. I waited about 15 min on line just to hear we don’t have Any Chicken Steak or Pork ready No Meant was ready wasted my whole time also those 8 ppl infront of me. And the employees’s seems more mad then the paying customers. This place need a better manager to guide them.

Now when it comes to food serving portions, this is the worst. I got two portions of the chicken and 1 of steak and it was like I got nothing!
I came here because my wife wanted something from here and I ended up ordering for my self ( worst decision ever).
I took two portions of chicken and I could definitely say it wasn’t even 100grams of chicken. As for the steak I got 5 pieces of steak for my serving which is consider a portion , you guys need to take people into consideration since you are charging enough to cover for what we order and surely I could have taken my money and bought the raw ingredients which would have cost way less.
This is surely my last time ordering here !

Being my very 1st time, I can not speak for every Chipolte, but I did enjoy my meal, service, and all-around experience at the Lawrence location. Maybe not the best choice after the gym, but I was getting a hungry headache, and to be completely honest, I’ve been wanting to try it. I planned on getting the chicken bowl from their commercial. I wasn’t aware of the different choices. The steak was pink so brown rice, steak, guacamole, black beans, white corn, sour cream, mild salsa (I think they gave me the hot) I love spicy but found the salsa to be over powering. I also got a side of chips but didn’t eat any. I planned on taking it to go, but I like to people watch so I decided eat in. Plus, like I said, I was hungry. The portion shown in the commercial looks much smaller than the actual portion size. I like that the kitchen and service area is open. A friend suggested that next time I try, the shredded beef (I think that’s it) I’m not a salsa lover, so I’ll be leaving that out. $18 and very fulling. I’m not one to finish an entire meal, so for me, I couldn’t even eat 1/2 of it. I definitely enjoyed my meal. I gave my leftovers to my dad & he didn’t complain

I have greatly scaled back going to Chipotle. I visited this location for the first time. I was impressed. Everyone was professional and keen to work. The burrito I got was reminiscent of the first days of chipotle. Freshly made, a good value for the price, quick service and a clean environment.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent pickup order was incredibly disappointing. I didn’t open the bag until I got home, and when I did, I was shocked by how poorly it was packed. Both containers were only half full, and they were smashed in. On top of that, I ordered two tortillas on the side, but they looked like someone had rushed and balled them up in the foil. To make matters worse, I received the wrong side items on the side.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of care and attention to packing the order was completely unacceptable. Please have more consideration when packing food orders.
