This Chipotle is fairly close to home, so it makes for a quick trip. The food is always fresh and all the choices are available. The staff are patient and quick to fill orders. Check out is easy and fast. There are plenty of plastic utensils and napkins. We take our order home to eat, but there are clean tables and chairs if you want to stay and eat.

I am really disappointed with this chipotle location. I came around 1:30 PM which wasn’t even close to closing time and they were out of white rice. The restaurant wasn’t busy or packed.
Several meat options were also unavailable leaving only pulled pork and chicken Al Pastor. Couple people left the line once they heard, but I tried to be flexible and ordered what was left. They are also out of vinaigrette lol… Unfortunately, when I started eating the brown rice was clearly undercooked. It was hard and had a chalky mouthfeel, I couldn’t even finish my meal 🙁
I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was pretty bad. After looking at all the reviews, I noticed similar complaints which is concerning.
I hope the higher ups sees this and takes steps to improve because it clearly feels like this location isn’t paying attention to quality or consistency despite the complaints.

Fast and relatively inexpensive take out but this location constantly includes very little protein on carryout orders. It’s almost as if they used an ice cream scooper for my carnitas because I literally didn’t see any quantity deemed normal. I live in the neighborhood so there are times I would dine in and it’s noticeably more protein they include, maybe because I’m in person and their employee feel obligated without a chance of customer remark. That’s just my two cents.
Overall the taste is good and I’m not expecting too much from a $10-$12 bowl. It’s a solution to a quick lunch or dinner.

Apparently this Chipotle has invented its own reality.
I walked into the store, completely empty, by the way, and was told I had to order a quesadilla online. Not “we’re busy,” not “our grill is down,” not “we’re short-staffed.” Nope. Just “online only.” While I’m standing there. As the only customer. In a fully operational store.
Every other Chipotle nearby manages to make quesadillas like a normal restaurant, but this location acts like pressing buttons on a screen somehow unlocks abilities the staff doesn’t possess in person. It’s peak laziness disguised as policy.
If the goal is to make customers feel stupid for daring to walk into a restaurant expecting food, congratulations: mission accomplished. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else, including another Chipotle that understands how restaurants are supposed to work.

Never going to this chipotle again and will highly recommend to others to chose a different location. Ultimately, it boils down to management and management of employees. Place is filthy, food portions are way too low, pretty much to the point I feel like I’m pretty ripped off, and employees just down right suck at customer service. They don’t seem to care about the job or at least put an effort to lie about it.

Very disappointing experience. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order and came for pickup on time but was told to cancel with no clear explanation or help. This location clearly needs better staff training. Would not recommend.

For fast food it’s a good option once in a while. The Little Neck location is not the busiest so make sure you go during the busier hours so the food is fresh and hot. I just recently tried the pollo asado it’s one of the best items on the menu. The cauliflower rice is pretty decent option if you want to go low carb.

This place needs to fire everyone and start over. I know it’s chipotle but hire some workers who care a little bit. Everything is out of stock portions are small and food is stale sometimes. Ordered guacamole just to see a half of an avocado. Never going back.

This chipotle realllly does not care about the customer at all, it’s almost like they are trying to get the place to close, guac is gone half the time along with chips, and when they do have guac it’s brown, and don’t even think about placing order online, they will give you pretty much nothing in your bowl see pictures below, never coming back to this place just go to the one 8 minutes away and get what you expect to be paying for, not 3 pieces of meat and quarter scoop of rice. Mind you the photo with the steak on top is supposed to be ‘double’ it’s definitely not at all double let alone the regular amount. Comparable to the other chipotles this place is extremely shameful.
