I am completely blown away with how astonishingly disgusting this facility is. 2 completley blown own “employees” that have no idea what is going on are running this establishment on a saturday night. The fountain machine and garbage area seemed to be of a 3rd world country, see photos attached. I am petrified to get food here as the workers were in zero rush to help, especially the one who washed his hands, counted money and a bunch of other nonsense while staring at me waiting to be helped without saying a word then walking past me 3 times then touching food without a glove. looking completley clueless. This place was a complete disgrace to the company and help is needed desperately.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience at Chipotle — This Location Should Be Shut Down for Cleaning
If I could give this Chipotle zero stars, I would.
From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Dirty metal trays with stuck-on food scraps sat exposed and unwashed, a health hazard waiting to happen. The drink station was a mess, littered with scattered straws and trash, and not a single employee seemed to care. One of the condiment containers was filled with water.
The seating area was just as bad. Outdoor tables were covered in old food, greasy smears, and crumpled napkins. Indoors, booths were filthy with crumbs and greasy residue. Every surface I looked at—from the tabletops to the chairs—was caked in grime, dried rice, or sticky residue. It felt like the entire dining area had been neglected for hours, if not days. There was even dog food on one of the tables.
This wasn’t just laziness, it was straight-up negligence. It is shocking that a national chain would allow a location to operate in this condition. It’s unsanitary, unappetizing, and unacceptable. If this is how the public-facing areas look, I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen.
Avoid this Chipotle unless you’re fine with eating in filth.
Literally the only reason I proceeded with my order is the crime of a long road trip and this was literally the only store open still serving food.
I think people would rather wait longer for their orders than have them rushed to the point you don’t even have time to clean your station. There’s always time to clean in between and customer pressure shouldn’t be the cause of skipping cleaning up. People need to wait because it’s healthier for all of us.

Filthy eating area! I asked the girl at the register for something to clean the table, she acknowledged, but never gave me anything or came to do it herself. My lunch companion asked the same and she acknowledged again. She continued to ring up customer after customer so I just poured my water onto the table and used a napkin for our table AND chairs. The floor was littered everywhere with wrappers, cheese and lettuce etc. You could clearly see every new customer come in and look around as to a where a possible clean seat may be. Once there was a lull in customers, I looked over at the cashier, on her cell phone, and once she caught my eye, I motioned to her with hands to “look around, you can come clean.” She then came to our table a few minutes later and asked if we wanted her to clean it, after we had already been sitting there for about 10 min and mid way through our meal. I said “not now!” She then cleaned one table nearby and then went back to the register. I saw worker sweeping behind the counter and cleaning up their OWN mess, but never came to clean the customer eating area. Regarding food, the beans were terribly salty and made the meal unpleasant. Upon getting ready to leave, I approached the gentleman I assumed was the manager (I was correct) and told him about the beans and mostly that he needed to give attention to the eating area. He said “listen, I don’t disagree with you, but we are told to have someone behind the register at all times.” There were a total of 8 employees behind the counter, HE or the others could have come out and given the area a good cleaning, but instead, the just shoot the breeze with each other and take a rest. I will NEVER go back and health department should give it a visit. Never have been impressed with Chipotle and this just confirms it even more.

i have been going to this chipotle for a little bit and everytime my burrito has been horribly wrapped. This time was the worst. The guy gave up mid wrap and just put it in an extra layer of foil. I went home opened it and had this on my plate.

I had a very concerning experience at this location.
After ordering food last night and eating it, I have been dealing with severe diarrhea throughout the entire day. While I cannot prove the cause, the timing makes this extremely troubling and it has raised serious food safety concerns for me.
When I approached the counter to place my order, the employee working made an audible noise expressing annoyance at my presence, which was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.
Due to both the apparent food safety issue and the poor customer service, I will be reporting this location to the Westchester County Department of Health. I strongly suggest management review food handling procedures and staff conduct immediately.
This location needs immediate attention.

Very disappointed at this chipotle. It is brand new and should be in tip top shape but it was not. The place was filthy from the kitchen to the seating area. The table behind the line where the employees were assembling the food were littered with food debris. I witnessed an employee moving a bowl down the line and knock the food debris back in the hotel pans along the way. It was disgusting. This needs to stop immediately otherwise it’s just matter of time that they get their customers sick. It was 2pm and it wasn’t that busy. Even in the lunch rush it won’t take them that long to wipe clean the work stations and clean as they go. As a customer, I rather wait a little longer to see a clean servery. If the health department inspector walked in, I’m sure they will receive a failing grade. The chips were not cooked properly and were leathery. I switched to anther bag but was the same so I gave up. I saw anther table switch the chips as well, but it did not give the employees a clue to check and see if the rest of the chips were ok. The dining room was absolutely filthy. Every table was dirty. Trust me, I wasn’t exaggerating because I tried to find a clean table for my family but gave up. Food debris was everywhere. One table leg was even smeared/covered with beans or melted cheese. Very disappointed and scary dining experience.

This Chipotle has a serious problem with order accuracy. Multiple times now, my bowl has been missing items I paid for, especially the guacamole. It’s happened so consistently that it feels like a regular issue at this location.
What makes it worse is that upon complaining, customer support only refunds the cost of the missing item (that was already paid for), not the meal that was messed up, and refuses to offer a meaningful resolution beyond that. When a location repeatedly fails to fulfill basic parts of an order, it shouldn’t be this hard to get it addressed.
If you want a complete and accurate meal, I’d recommend going to another Chipotle. This location just can’t seem to get it right.

Ordered to go. When my wife took the food ouf of the bag- I said where is the rest of my burrito. Did they start giving BABY BURRITOS . It’s like half the size of what it used to be. Than whoever made doesnt know how to layer a burrito. The rice was at one end, chicken in middle, and everything at other end. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT GO BACK. $12 FOR A BABY BURRITO IS RIDICULOUS
