I’ve been visiting this Chipotle more than once a week for the past three months, and unfortunately I’m really disappointed lately. Over time, it feels like the portions have gotten smaller, and in the last few weeks my burritos often weren’t wrapped properly — a lot of the filling fell out. Also, the staff doesn’t seem willing to speak even a single word of English, which makes communication difficult. I really hope the management addresses this, because I used to enjoy coming here.

You can taste that they don’t clean the grill.
Honestly I should have walked out as soon as I walked in and saw EVERY table DIRTY with piles on food. I wish I took pictures because it was so disgusting.

Young lady with braces was extremeley rude. I asked for more rice i would have gladly paid for. Request denied. No peppers and onions available. Then when i asked for a double portion half chicken half beef. She gave me two half spoonfuls of meat. Then forced me to pay four times the amount in order to get the normal amount i ask for. Needs an adult that cares at this location. They were more worried about going home. And cutting corners. I have my food handlers. Ive done these jobs this place was horrible on my last visit. Ive been here mutliple times. Will try the other one in the same area.

The food taste was not consistent — some outlets were a bit saltier than others. I had carnitas at two different locations, and the saltiness varied noticeably. The dine-in areas could also use more attention, as they can get quite messy at times. That said, it’s Chipotle — it definitely fills you up with an acceptable taste, no matter which outlet you visit across America.

I have always had problems with this Chipotle location. For example, one time I came in with a $20 bill and payed for a $6 kids meal and they gave me $4 change and tried to gaslight me into thinking I gave them $10. Another time earlier today I walked in and asked for a quesadilla. I know they don’t make it in person, but it wouldn’t let me order online. It’s not my fault the app wasn’t working. But, instead of being kind and making it for me since I was already there and needed to each lunch before returning to my middle school, they said no and asked me to leave. Because of that I was hungry the rest of the day. And it wasn’t like it was super busy, we were the only ones in the store. The staff is rude and horrible. Not only that but not another day. They told me to get out because of my race. I was horribly offended not only that, but they have always had problems with me and not my white friends There have many incidents in this chipotle and I don’t think you should come here.

Very bad service from the personnel. It was my first visit to chipotle and will be for sure my last. The soda fountain was broken and the cashier was very rude as if you were asking for some favour from her. Please think twice before entering and save yourself from a bitter aftertaste.
