Ervin didn’t add my requested sour cream after i asked twice and was rude about the whole experience making it feel unwelcoming and i was greatly disappointed as no other chipotle employee has ever treated me this poorly or arrogantly. Im not a person to write reviews but this experience has made me want to write one even if this is a major restaurant chain. The 404 Broadway location was quiet with only a handful of gusts inside. The whole experience felt pressuring and i’m greatly disappointed with how the staff acts with food only filling about half the bowl. The chips are STALE and the guac was extremely salty with everything else in the bowl dry and lacking flavor. The rice is soggy and clumps together with no flavor, she had the nerve to glare at me as i watch her cheap out on each scoop as she only pours half of each ingredient i request for as she rolls her eyes at me constantly during the whole interaction when i paid for my food. there’s only a spoonful of beans chicken, they’re even cheap on the lettuce. to top everything off, THE FOOD IS ALL COLD AND SOGGY.

owner is rude and stingy. needs to stop having an attitude problem. another issue: there is a bathroom code on the receipt. however when you ask to use it, she says it is for employees in an annoyed tone because she is too lazy. i am pretty sure this is illegal as a food establishment to not allow consumers to use the bathroom.

The server was the eorst for this chain. He gave the guy before me 2 scope of full rice and a full scope of checken. When it is my bowl, he gave me 2 small scope of brown rice and drop small amount of chicken in my bowl. There scope has at least 1/4 of chicken left in it. Everyone is getting a full and fill portion of bowl and my one is like left over

But there is this new employee at this location that always SKIMPS on the portions of the food. It is very noticeable that I get less of everything now that she is here.
Idk if she is the manager or the owner cuz why u be stingy with my bowl bruh. Gettin me mad tight. Everytime I see her at this location, my heart sinks. And I head to the Spring Street location instead.’

I’ve never ate a Chipotle my entire life. This was my first time ever trying out Chipotle and I loved it. I got the kids meal don’t know the name of this burrito cause one of the staff ordered it for me since I didn’t know what to get and to my surprise I actually loved it. I usually don’t let people pick out my burrito for me cause I’m a picky eater but I really loved this burrito. And even tho it was a kids meal the portion was big and it was enough to keep me full. The staffs were friendly, the only awkward part was you have to share a table with a stranger sitting across from you, but it’s fine since nobody bothers anybody y’all just eat your food in peace. 11/10 would recommend to anyone visiting or sightseeing in Chinatown.

FREE DRINKS and public toilet! I’m amazed, this chipotle offers free drinks to anyone that comes from outside. Just sit there for 10 minutes and you will see endless people of different ethnicities entering to serve themselves a free drink from the machine and using the toilet with the code they know by memory.
When I asked why they were offering free drinks, they told me that clients had to pay them, only free for non clients as they cannot control them.
New York City must learn from this outlet and start offering free refreshments and toilets in air conditioned places for everyone. Great initiative!

I just purchased a burrito from the location around 7:30pm and the cashier at this location had the nerve to refuse to let me use the bathroom and LIED! She said it wasn’t for customers. I was profiled, lied to and disrespected immediately after purchasing my food! The girl who refused to let me use the bathroom needs to be fired! I almost went to the bathroom on myself running to the financial district broadway location on my way home to use the bathroom because no other business would allow me to use the bathroom before I reached that location! I have used the bathroom before in this location so I know She LIED and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else! This is no way to treat your customers! Give a kinder more decent less racist person her job!
