the menu doesnt really detail the price of certain items. i dont appreciate the lack of transparency but the rest of the experience was great! there was quite a short line and ample seating, likely due to there being so many chipotles in the area. the staff were kind enough to answer my questions about which food item was which since they didnt have any text or signage labeling the foods, and you cant really tell just by looking? they gave me a pretty good portion for the price and it was tasty, besides the meat, the carnitas wasnt great in my opinion. the staff were helpful and offered me a tray for my food and me anf my friends enjoyed our bowls!

I’m waiting for my pick up order nobody addresses me .. common sense on why I’m standing by the mobile pick up side. One worker on his phone and the other worker in lala land looking at customers already being taken care of by the other staff. This place is horrible with no customer service training

The food made me SICK. i have never left a bad review anywhere but this chipotle is extremely bad. the rice was very undercooked, the sour cream was old, the chicken was burnt and hard to chew. the inside of the restaurant was unsanitary. i couldn’t finish my bowl. i immediately felt sick as i ate the bowl from this place and my stomach was very upset for hours.

Food was great until one of the they/them staff members called the cops. Let that staff member be in confusion with themselves. The cops are meant for emergencies not called on students that are patronizing the business. The beverage station also wasn’t operating so I am unsure why the cops would be necessary. Confusion is one thing but to project that is irrational. Fix your services instead of creating more confusion. The cops who came were thankfully not aggressive but will continue giving low scores until the confusion is terminated

I rarely post any bad reviews but my experience in this restaurant deserves to be written down. I never felt so stressed in a restaurant. The employees keep rushing you into making a desicision even though there was only one person behind. At the cashier there was so much confusion that I ended paying for someone else’s food, additionally to my own (I was trying to order a drink separately). Something I only discovered later. The food was OK but I recommend going to another location.

1, Came in 3:30pm, the store is packed and filled with high school/college students. It is a busy and loud store but no health screenings like other Chopotle stores.
2, This store interial structure is small and wired, not as fancy as other locations.
Pros:
1, The food is so fresh
2, The staff are probably the most generous according to my Chipotle experience
3, There is a security staff in dining area (maybe monitor those kids?)

Bought 2 bowls on a Wednesday night. Walked couple of blocks to eat them. They were both EXTREMLY salty. We believe it was de pico de gallo??? We are not sure, but it never been this salty. We threw them away it was impossible to eat and we were so hungry I’m pissed
