I found an extremely long red hair in my food.( I’m a short curly haired woman, and my hair is dark brown) I was so excited for my bowl, just to pull out a hair from my mouth. I was so distraught and nauseous and I know it’s a health violation to not wear hairnets while serving food.

Stopped in to get lunch for take out during noon time. It was a smaller size store with few sitting tables and highchairs were available. The stored appeared to be well maintained.
The line wasn’t too long as it was moving pretty fast. I got the smoked brisket bowl. They packed the bowl with lots of ingredients. Got a huge quantity of Guacamole too. Overall the bowl was excellent, all items were fresh and tasty. I was little disappointed not to see the salad dressing.

I visited your store on a freezing cold day and had a very unpleasant experience. The woman who served me never smiled and acted as if I had done something wrong or owed her money. I believe her name was Janet.
I ordered two burrito bowls, and for nearly $13 per bowl, the portions were shockingly small. Every item I asked for was given in tiny amounts — especially the rice and beans, which were so little you could practically count them. It felt ridiculous and extremely disappointing for the price.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed the portions getting smaller, but this visit was the worst. Between the poor customer service and the skimpy portions, it felt like a waste of both my money and my time. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Not sure why there is a giant uncut lettuce leaf in my bowl. I feel like I’m inconveniencing the workers whenever I come in. Chips are too salty and stale but it was 9pm.

Sexist and selective . I went there to urinate cause i have a medical condition take meds they did not care. The 2 spanish girls behind the counter kept obnoxiously saying u have to buy something , but i dont eat that type of food and it was a medical emergency. Mind you there was two different female walk in before me went straight to the bathroom line and they didnt say not one word to them which i find very disrespectful.

Wow, this place has changed! I went in at 1PM, the place was empty, ordered my regular bowl and after being served, I found it empty as well. Maybe inflation? The servers seem to expect the reaction, so I know I was not the first. Typical bad business reaction: numbers are down, so let’s serve less and charge more. What a way to run a good business into the ground!

This is the worse chipotle I’ve stepped a foot into for starters the tables are grossly dirty absolutely no maintenance. Am when I get to the avocado selection, good lord, I suffered a culture shock, that was gross the avocado looked like it was older than Jesus. The server said that’s the way they got it which tells me it’s not even fresh and chipotle supposed to make fresh avocado, yeah no, gross. I get to the utensils and area is filthy and there are no forks and supposed to eat my Salad with a spoon, who does that? Whomever is the owner of this chipotle shame on you this is terrible. Service I score 4 they’re great and doing their job there were only two workers today sharing the workload. Overall terrible and chipotle is my favorite place to go this location a high boo Mariah style with a tip of Ariana Grande and Celine Dion.
