Very good location. Right on Rt 18 and very close to urban air and other shops : very nice parking facilities .. wasn’t too crowded when we went .. service was good because of that :.. nice space inside to sit and eat . There were also tables and chairs outside ..
Kids are always big fans of chipotle . We like their rice bowl . quantity of food in this location was great . In some locations they just put very little rice and bean . the quantity was good in this location . Veggie bowl was good . Quantity was a little less rice and bean etc . Guac and veggies were fresh. . Good experience overall .. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to work at Chipotle East Brunswick, so I know the proper procedures for food prep. Today, I received an order with uncooked rice, which is completely unacceptable. It’s unsafe, and for the price and wait time, this should never happen.
It seems like the night shift is rushing orders instead of following proper cooking procedures, which risks food safety. On top of that, if you try to get a refund, it’s unnecessarily difficult. The Chipotle app, DoorDash, and Uber Eats often won’t give a full refund when the mistake comes from the restaurant. For $20+ for a single meal, customers deserve safe, fully cooked food, not “whatever the location decides to give.” This is more than just inconvenient it’s a serious safety issue. I hope management on shift @ 1/30/26 during 10 PM addresses this immediately, because repeated mistakes like this should be reported higher.

Been going to this place for several years, but in the past year, our experiences have been noticeably disappointing and therefore, today will be our last. We usually order thru app for a quick pick-up and the inconsistent/skimpy amount of food and not-so-easy pick-up are major issues at this location. The first thing my son said when he was handed a bag was “it feels light.” He’s still looking for the missing food from the bowl he ordered for dinner. Mostly rice and not enough protein or vegetables.. The bags are sometimes on the pick-up shelf but mostly held behind the counter, forcing people to wait for the cashier who are often tied up serving walk-in customers. If I have to line up, what’s the point of ordering thru app in advance? Service is also poor in general. Cant remeber the last time the cashiers acknowledged or offered to help even though I’d be standing right in front of him/her. There are just too many other eateries for me to endure this place any longer.

I was the only person in line and the guy building my bowl was acting like he was the flash. I barely got any guac, which you already pay extra for. Why can’t you just take your time and build a decent bowl with a good amount of ingredients.

I went there with my husband yesterday for lunch and we immediately noticed the high amount of salt the cook was putting on the chicken and veggies (it literally looked like snow on top of the chicken and stove top). I thought I would luck out by getting barbacoa in my bowl, but surely enough the food tasted very salty for me and my husband, which we have never experienced at Chipotle before. Please advise the cooks to ease up on the salt, as I saw another review on here stating the same thing.

This location has food that you would expect from Chipotle.
This location is extremely dirty and the staff made zero efforts to clean up at any point during the meal. Food waste and trash was strewn about and the tables hadn’t been wiped clean in hours.
The service was as expected from a quick service restaurant.

Super disappointed. I have serve food allergies and Chipotle is one of the only places I can eat. The lady was super nice and the guy at the register, then I tasted my bowl and the rice tasted like straight up salt. I felt like I was gonna puke I’ve never had a chipotle bowl taste this salty. I had my coworker try it because I thought I was going crazy and it and I wasn’t it is super salty. I had to throw it out I don’t know why they gave straight up salt in my rice

I’ve taken out food many times from this location, but my most recent takeout order was a major disappointment. We ordered four 100% vegetarian bowls and asked for the sour cream on the side.
To my shock, when we opened the side containers, one of the sour cream cups had a piece of chicken inside it. As someone with vegetarian beliefs, this is more than just a “wrong order”—it’s a complete breach of trust. When you place a takeout order, you rely on the staff to be diligent about cross-contamination and accuracy. Finding meat in a vegetarian side makes it very hard to feel confident ordering from here again.
If I do return, it will only be in person so I can watch exactly what is being put into my food. For now, the trust is gone.
Update: I see the post asking to contact Chipotle…I don’t see how it helps as the damage is done.

Worst experience I have had! Asked for kids tacos , manager rushing while training, gave regular tacos, when asked they throw the food away yo give kids portions! Food was soo cold rice under cooked, manners and service was horrible
