On a rainy Monday night, A Dopo was just buzzing with happy diners, and we were lucky to have made a reservation. And even with our reservation, we waited a few minutes for our table to be ready. That is how popular A Dopo is.
Tonight, I got my favorite here, the margarita pizza. My better half decided to go with the mushroom white pizza. He was kind enough to share a slice of his pizza with me. I loved the combination of the roasted mushrooms and speck ham. My hubby also got the Abridged Homeslice beer and loved how they had that as a special tonight. For dessert, we couldn’t leave without trying the cherry mascarpone gelato. If you go, you have to save room for their made in house gelato. It is simply divine and the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. And a shot out to our waitress, Eva, who was so attentive to our table despite having a packed house.

I was very excited to try A Dopo Pizza after hearing about how special the sour dough is and also how it’s very highly rated. I have my hopes up too high. The pizza crust was pretty flat with little to no bubbles and I didn’t taste any tanginess of sour dough at all. It’s not the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted, but it’s absolutely not the best ones either. I did a take out orders so maybe that’s why. Or I hope so, especially with how popular and highly rated this place is.

Always phenomenal food and service. Killian is the best; do the trust fall and let him coordinate y’all a delicious dinner. Make sure to have a reservation and reserve early as it is always packed. Try the bianca (white pie with ricotta and honey and delicious) + add n’duja. Maz is incredible, as is Henry. Love love the staff there, as well as their food.

Tonight as we were leaving, there was a gentleman that was homeless and hungry, and he asked us for a pizza. I went into the restaurant to order him a pizza. The staff is amazing and has a special price specifically for homeless guests. Please support this incredible business – they are KIND, loving humans to have a special heart and support hungry, homeless individuals. Thank you for sprrading kindness to those in need and allowing them a delicious meal at an affordable price. You’re absolutely doing the Lord’s work.

Always a good culinary experience eating at A Dopo, and truly some of the best pizza in Knoxville. We did the Trustfall experience which adds a lot of fun to the dining experience. Our waiter, Cillian, was attentive and personable.

This is one of the best pizza restaurants in the city. I enjoy going here with friends, and having a drink. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, wines, and mini ice creams. The flavors are what captivate you. The pizzas are so well made their sauces are infused perfectly with the them . It’s incredibly tasty!
I would definitely make a reservation as they are usually always busy. The staff are amazingly helpful and attentive. The back room is probably my favorite since we usually go in a big crowd, and this way we’re not too loud!
If I could order from here every day, I would. Highly recommend coming here!

Excellent food, good service, the atmosphere was nice but I feel like for how good the food is, it deserves a better location.
What I don’t appreciate is some trans flag being flown at the bar area. Not even an American flag, nobody cares about your identity politics, let your food do the talking. I’m genuinely unsure why they feel that is necessary, or how it contributes in any way other than trying to pander.

Bellisimo! Top notch flavors bursting through ! Excellent! Made reservation you really need one! 2 In Our party did the” trust fall “ you trust your server and it was great ! I honestly would not have ordered a white pizza with prosciutto & lemon olive oil and arugula on top but it was fab! We all enjoyed will return! Good service ! Was a bit slow getting order and food but overall very good ! Loved the wine choice they made !

Very fun and fresh. Limited menu of just pizza ans a few salads, but done in authentic European way and upscale vibe. No pasta, but decent wine and beer selection. Service is excellent throughout.

I love the vibe in here and always enjoy the pizza when i come. It is hot and fresh and I enjoy the unique flavor pairings they come up with seasonally. the best way to do it is a trust fall which comes with pizza, wine, an appetizer, and gelato. Reservations aren’t always easy to come by so keep your eyes peeled!

Incredible pizza. I have been making sourdough bread and pizza for 15 years and this is the gold standard. This pizza would rival any you’d get in Italy. Make sure to order something with the bread. The best sourdough I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many around the world.
