Hello, today I want to make a complaint about Chipotle. Today my boyfriend and I ordered food from that place. He ordered a quesadilla and I ordered a bowl. But the rice was raw. I ordered white rice with chicken, pico de gallo and lettuce, and literally my bowl had more raw rice than everything else I ordered. Also the chips are too salty. And the quesadilla literally had a little more cheese and a few pieces of meat. We contacted Chipotle support and they didn’t give us a solution, just the “thank you” for letting us know. The truth is I don’t usually put reviews but I couldn’t eat what they gave me in my order.

One thing I won’t get is how you can give different portions to your costumers. Me and my friend went in today, we both got a bowl each, this lady took half a scoop of rice and then decided to spread that half of scoop on the whole bowl, then I asked for chicken and brisket, she grabs like 5-7 small pieces of chicken and same thing for the brisket, which me and my friend are like huh?. We move on to the toppings, and tell me why they do decide to give me a whole scoop of sour cream, and a spoon of corn? And I paid for both 32 dollars, and then thanks to my friend because she checked the receipt, the guy charged me for both of the bowls with briskest when my friend only got chicken. Also to say that the guy behind me got way more chicken like way more, and we get a small amount.

The portion sizes coming out of this restaurant were a joke. Literally a bowl half full with way too much guac and not nearly enough of anything else, and 10 chips in the bag. And the guac had avacodo peel in it. I didn’t see the reviews before I ordered. I may have thought twice. But this is obviously an issue for online ordering at the location and corporate doesn’t seem to care very much.
Oh and please don’t leave me the silly contact us link to respond. I’ve already reached out to corporate. They said they were going to do something to make up for this and as of now, they lied and did nothing.
Super disappointed and don’t think I’ll be back.

Displeased with the service. An employee ignored me initially, and no one seemed to want to take my order. The cashier seemed annoyed when I asked for vinaigrette, which later spilled in my bag because it wasn’t closed properly. My bowl also had lettuce, which I didn’t ask for.

Honestly zero stars. By far THE WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The kids working here looked like they were strung out on something. Garbage was overflowing and the floor and tabletops were beyond filthy. Never coming back to this location again, it should be shut down. DISGUSTING.

I ordered my beloved Chipotle with dreams of guacamole-covered bliss, crispy lettuce, and salsa that would take me on a mild but flavorful journey. What did I receive? Chicken and rice. That’s it. A sad pile of cheese barely clung to life atop this lonely mess. No lettuce. No salsa. And no guac. Let me say that again for dramatic effect: NO GUACAMOLE—the very thing I paid extra for like an honorable burrito-loving citizen!

It’s like ordering a Picasso and getting a stick figure drawn by your cousin’s 3-year-old. Did my lettuce run away? Was my salsa kidnapped? Did someone eat my guac out of spite? The world may never know.

They always mess up with our order. There’s no consistency, it all depends on who is working. I don’t like leaving reviews but this place shouldn’t be in business. Tonight I decided to give them one more chance. The attendant that made my bowl gave me one scoop of rice, one scoop of beans and ten scoops of pico. I don’t remember asking for extra pico. They mess up all the time. My order is barely ever right and I often times have to wait even after coming in late to my pick up time. The portion sizes are not consistent, and I have received a bowl with barely anything in it countless times. I love chipotle when it’s good, but this location is just very disappointing.

Chipotle at another location has given me food poisoning so I only get it occasionally. I ordered for 1:10 didn’t get acknowledged until 1:20. The portion was small, about an half scoop of chicken and cold. 2 ppl that came in after me got attended to sooner. There was guac on the bag that got all over my passenger car seat as well. Just bring the pickup shelf back or have an associate specifically handle takeout. Chipotle has done nothing but go downhill for 3-5 years now such a shame.

ordered delivery and not only did they forget 2 things I added, they even added salsa verde which I didn’t ask for. The Salsa verde and the Adobo ranch were both old, and likely expired (the ranch was chunky and basically a solid). This isn’t even taking into account the ridiculously small portion sizes, I’m talking 3 bites of chicken small.
Avoid this location, there is no shortage of taco places around here, so don’t waste your time with this one.
