I can see from the other reviews that my experience is validated. The restaurant looks filthy and is in serious need of a thorough deep cleaning.

I particularly want to point out the store manager, Zora Delarosa! In my experience, her attitude was highly unprofessional. Rather than leading by example and setting a positive tone for her team, she engages in arguments with customers and fails to resolve issues constructively. I understand that food service can be stressful, but a manager, especially one with experience, should demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism under pressure. A refresher on workplace etiquette and conflict resolution would be highly beneficial.

Staff members often miss details in orders, frequently forgetting small items. This wouldn’t be as frustrating if customers weren’t charged for every extra request. Unfortunately, instead of holding her team accountable, Ms. Zora seems more inclined to deflect blame onto customers, which only adds to the negative experience.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and management issues have made this location one that I do not recommend !

I travel often for work, and Chipotle is always my go-to since they’re usually close to the gyms I oversee. I’ve left three reviews at other locations, unfortunately all negative because they truly pale in comparison to this one.

At most Chipotles, my bowl runs close to $20 (around $16 here) and still ends up only half full. But at this location? I sometimes struggle to get the lid back on when mixing it because they actually give me the portion I’m paying for.

The team is always attentive, quick to ask my name to get my order started, and they even fill the queso cups to the top.

This location is the standard of what Chipotle should be: generous, attentive, and consistent. 10/10.

The food presentation was unappealing, and the taste was even worse. The temperature was lukewarm at best, making it even less enjoyable. After just a few bites, I had to throw it out. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Absolutely Disgusting & Unprofessional

I went into this Chipotle to order sofritas tacos, and not only was the sofritas container nearly empty, but the place was visibly dirty with multiple flies around the food area. I asked the so-called manager (heavyset, long black hair, appeared to be Mexican—wouldn’t give his name) if the sofritas could be made fresh. He rudely said “no” and refused to even pull from the mobile pickup area. He claimed it was “peak time,” yet I was the only customer in the store.

His appearance was unkempt and unsanitary—completely unacceptable for food service. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, and it’s clear they prioritize laziness over food safety. Between the flies, food contamination risk, and horrible customer service, this location seriously needs to be inspected. I left without being serviced!

Just visited this Chipotle and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for extra corn on the side—something I’ve never had an issue with at any other Chipotle and was told it would be extra. Fine, different locations, different policies, I can live with that.

What I can’t excuse is the blatant disrespect. After I sat down to eat, I overheard the staff talking trash about me in Spanish, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. I speak fluent Spanish. The white Latina girl with red-dyed hair especially needs to either get serious training in customer service or stop running her mouth about customers entirely.

Treating paying customers like garbage and mocking them behind their back is a good way to lose business. Won’t be coming back here again.

I was so excited to get a chipotle closer to home. I’m a big fan and frequently get it in the town I work at. When making my bowl the employee put the smallest amount of meat I have ever seen. I thought about leaving but instead looked up and asked is that all the meat they are going to put in it. The next employee at the station added more but not by much and both looked very annoyed. The chips were stale and over salted. I really hope they get it together because if I have another bad experience I won’t be back.

UPDATE: I have changed my rating due to two extremely satisfying experiences at this location. Portions and service were exceptional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the chips were stale and lemonade was watery. I will definitely be a regular

I order a salad just now. And all I got was chicken and beans. When I tried to reach to customer service. An automated service tried to help by giving me a free guacamole. I spent $16.21 for a salad. Chipotle thought it was right not to refund my money but that it would be satisfactory to give me a free guacamole. Awful customer service.
