Horribly ran place that screws up every online order; recommend going in person or else they’ll get your order wrong and give you absolutely no meat. I got like 0.2 oz of carnitas on this burrito bowl. And yeah that’s how it looked. Nothing was ate from it.

This specific location is super rude. I ALWAYS get a side of vinaigrette dressing to put on my burrito bowl. Which if I get a salad bowl it’s literally the SAME thing… When my mom went to pick up my “lane order” I had her ask for the vinaigrette and they said it’s “only for salad bowls.” Well if that’s the case then be consistent with it, and if it’s because they wanna charge an extra 2 dollars for the side I would’ve been happy to pay the additional cost. Thanks for ruining my meal. Sicklerville location is 10x better, and they don’t cheat you out of the bowl either. This location is just closer to where I live, but I will take the longer drive to Sicklerville for now on.

I ordered my usual order tonight at this store. I came to pick it up and the bowl was half filled, very light. I order this same order all the time. We came back to the drive in to ask if we can get a new one made and was met by an angry employee who gave us attitude for the request. She put her hands up and stated “well you didn’t get rice or beans”! When we replied that that’s why we ordered extra fajita veggies she stormed off and started complaining about us to the other employees. Another employee brought the bowl back to us and told us that was the manager Diana. We come to chipotle often but will never return to this one, ever. Such rude service. It put a bad taste in my mouth to return to any chipotle honestly. Thank you to Diana

Food is great! Price for me is cheap enough. $13 for a bowl is not expensive. However, the only thing I would complain about is the cleanliness of the employees. No one wears hair nets. One guy had a beard as long as 5 inches just changing out food. Very disturbing to see and think about. Asked to speak to a manager about the issue and they all said we don’t wear them or need to. Are all Chipotles like this????

The food is good, when they have it, or give you enough. I went twice in 2 weeks and 1st time was told i couldnt have any of the veggies because they were for online orders only. The 2nd time there were no veggies at all and no mild salsa. Is there a veggie shortage?

The food is way to expensive to get the portions they give out here. Bowls are never full, burritos are 1/2 the size they normally should be. I’ve done orders for online pick up and have gone inside numerous times and got the same bad service. You’re better off going to the one on cross keys, bowls always full and burritos always good size. Definitely worth the trip if it’s out of your way so you aren’t paying 10+ dollars for something w no substance.

I was trying to give this Chipotle’s a chance even tho I see that they have just 2 stars, but I’m definitely the same disappointed than the people below. I ordered three carnitas tacos…no extra corn salsa and the burrito bowl literally half EMPTY looks like if someone ate half of it!!! I’m assuming they serve different portions when you’re not watching what they’re doing… so annoying!!! I’m hungry and I’m spending 30$ in a order that looks like I should’ve paid 10$! So disappointed, definitely not trying to come back. Good luck for the future people going in there

In my 10 years of dining at Chipotle this is the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a kid’s quesadilla meal that comes with a taco sized quesadilla +2 sides( rice/meat etc) + a snack + a drink.
