I went here twice recently, once around 11 and once at 5 and the guac was dark brown. I asked why they were serving turned guac and the woman was rude. I asked for them to put a new one out and they said at 5pm they had to use the leftovers from the morning. I said but look at it. It looks like poop. How can you serve that? Ten minutes later for other patrons she takes a fresh tray out. This place sucks and they give you no food for $20 per bowl. We also waited ten minutes to be served with 4 people in the open kitchen just ignoring us, no words, no eye contact, before our order was taken. I said no guac both times but my daughter got the gross guac. Can’t believe I was charged for this slop. All rice underneath, 3 pieces of meat, and mushy salsa.

D. Smith the manager, just waited on me, and he washed his hands and put on gloves before fixing my burrito! I was impressed because I haven’t seen anyone do that before and I was really impressed and grateful! Then he helped me with my app, and I usually just scan app and pay but he showed me that I could get my burrito for free because I had tons of points. I want to thank him tremendously for friendly and helpful service!

Isa is truly incredible! From the moment I walked into Chipotle, she made the experience unforgettable. Ordered a bowl with chicken without any extra meat or queso/guacamole. Upon arriving at the register I was told the total would be $17. This seemed suspicious but I didn’t want to say anything. I asked for a receipt and noticed they charged me for a steak bowl with double meat. I went back up to say I did not order double meat and didn’t even care about the mistake about what meat I ordered. Instead of the employee owning the mistake he told me it was my fault that I didn’t realize the mistake when I was paying. I was able to get the $4 places back on my card but I should have mentioned that I didn’t order steak. Overall the customer service needs to be improved and mistakes should be corrected.

We’ve had small issues with this location in the past when ordering delivery (missing ingredients, missing chips, wrong side, etc) but small in the moment so we let it go. Tonight we ordered and got a call from the store telling us that they were out of white rice, fajita veggies, and the mild tomato salsa. We said that’s fine, replace the rice with the brown rice they told us was still available, okay to leave out the veggies, and give us the medium salsa instead. The order arrived and was completely wrong, not only did they not give the substitutions we told them we were okay with, our order was missing sides and the bowl was missing more than half the ingredients. It ended up being just a bowl with beans (mostly juice), chicken and lettuce. Very disappointing.

This chipotle has some of the worst customer service. I get there at 7:30pm for dinner and ordered two orders of chicken tacos. The topping I wanted on the tacos were fajitas and I asked them for some and the guy making the tacos looked down at the empty tray and looked at me saying there were no more left even though I can see with my own two eyes a guy on the grill making a full try of fajitas. The woman next to him said we would have to wait 10 minutes for fajitas which I said was fine and then changes her statement and said it’s for “online orders only”. I have NEVER heard of that before.

Just left this location and will not be returning. Young kid at the front had 0 enthusiasm and did bare minimum. Wrapped my kids burrito that fell apart before we got it out of the aluminum. Quality of the food seems to have declined as well. It’s a shame because it’s so close but it costs too much to eat here to NOT get good quality food and at bare minimum descent service. If that kid doesn’t like his job, he should quit.

This location isn’t the best. I got a chicken bowl and the chicken smelled a little weird. Old lettuce, brown guac. Staff isn’t the friendliest either. I asked what the cost of extra meat would be and they acted like I wanted to take the meat from their bowl lol

Really excellent. An example for what all Chipotles should be. By far the best in the area. Food is always super hot and fresh, employees are very friendly, and they never screw you over on portions. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Ate here once and it will be the last. Food was very salty and the meat extremely fatty. Instantly became violently sick after eating my meal. There are cleaner operated chipotle’s around the area.
